Steak houses in casinos are usually overrated, but not this one. Excellent food, reasonable rates, with attentive and helpful service that is not often offered anywhere. Was very pleased with this restaurant. Would not hesitate to recommend it for business or pleasure dining.

These guys can cook steak. Melt in your mouth delicious. Wife had a Thai Salmon filet which she loved, seemed to be cooked in a sweet/sour Thai chile sauce which I can't wait to try at home. Definitely would come back.

Our dining experience at Jack Binion's Steak House was excellent. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, our sides plentiful and our dessert divine. The house wine could use some improvement (pinot grigio), but overall it is a relaxing dining experience. We always request Mike to be our server as he knows our eating/timing "habits" and acccommodates us nicely. We have... More

I am a pretty picky eater when it comes to my steaks and let me tell you, I have never been disappointed when I have eaten here. I always get the Oscar-style fillet with an extra side of asparagus as well as the crab bisque soup. The crab bisque soup also never disappoints when I have ordered it. Since bringing... More

This casino restaurant is just there to allow you to get back to loosing money at the tables and slots. You are better off at Ruby Tuesday on the ring road than this overpriced restaurant.

We were here in a terrible hail storm in June. We were the only people in the restaurant so we had excellent service. Everything w ordered was great. The steaks were grilled to perfection. The prices on the menu were high and everything is Al a Carte. You do get a lot of food. The couple we were with had... More

Steaks were pretty good, cooked as ordered, fish was overlooked. Atmosphere was good, waiter was not overly friendly. Hors d'oeuvres were interesting and pretty good. Mac 'n cheese as a side is a must. A little overpriced.

Jack Binions Steak House in the Horseshoe casino in Council Bluffs was great. They were a little understaffed but the food was worth it. I sat at the bar on a Tuesday evening. The bartender was friendly but obviously needed a hand. I ordered the filet and blackened shrimp. Both were cooked perfectly. The shrimp were some of the best... More

Friend ordered medium well rib eye. It came to table burnt charcoal black & tough. She sent it back, next one was okay. But by that time I was finished eating my shrimp which was good, but order came with 5 steak fries, two of which were so burnt they were completely black & tough. We don't care for the... More

Soo glad we waited in the bar for a table, don't bother with reservation software, just go there. The no show probability is high as it's connected to Horseshoe Casino.
