A Cedar Rapids firefighter gave us the recommendation and he wasn't wrong! Their thin pizzas are great pizzeria style pizzas and you can't go wrong with just ordering one. But for a unique pizza you have to try it Detroit style. With the caramelized cheese on the outside of the crust and the great sauce on the top of the... More

Absolutely the finest thin or thick crust pizza in town. Excellent ambiance and atmosphere. What Zoey's is to Marion, Tomaso's is to Cedar Rapids.

My old boss at Rockwell Collins, where I worked before retiring in 2010 took my wife and his wife and grandson out to lunch here and it was some of the best pizza that I have ever had,. It was the one in Marion,Ia next to Culver's Restaurant.

Just arrived in town from Milwaukee...but born and raised in NJ! This was as close to New York style pizza as can be! We also had a small Chicago style. Both were outstanding! Fresh, great taste, yummy crust! Nice small family joint that puts heart into their product. Will be returning tomorrow for Taco pizza which we saw table next... More

Have only had the Detroit style -best pizza I've ever had. I moved to Colorado a while back and my husband and I always crave Tomasos as all the pizza here is mediocre at best. I rank this #1 in Cedar Rapids and Zoeys #2.

I am a pie lover... yes, pizza pie. Tomato's has one of the best recipes I have ever tasted. I highly recommend the mambo combo. You will not leave disappointed. However, if you are a picky ingredient person go for the thin cheese and you will surely leave happy. Try the Hiawatha location and say Hi to Mike. He will... More

We tried this based on the recommendations and were very disappointed. We got a Detroit thick crust and an xtra thin New York crust. Only one of my four kids would eat more than two bites. The crust was good, but the sauce was too sweet with too little flavor. If you like a sweet pizza sauce you may like... More

Their motto-- Make great pizza-- and they do. I am partial to the thin crust but enjoy the Detroit as well. Do yourself a favor and try it!

Received an invite to a test run for Gluten Free Pizza. Excellent choice. Perfect crust. Totally fresh ingredients.

Heard this place had good pizza, so thought we'd check it out. It was excellent. Next time I'm in town again, we will definitely go back!
