The BF and I went to see the UNI Panthers play football, and after the game wanted to eat before we drove 3 hours home. I Googled good restaurants in Cedar Falls and Peppers came up. We were seated right away and our waitress was fantastic. She checked on us often, helped us with our meal choices, and was just... More

We arrived at 5:10 pm and requested a table (when we walked in we were the ONLY group in front of the hostess station) only to have another server give it away right in front of us to people who followed us in! Hostesses clearly don't communicate well. Amazingly our server then just disappeared. No apology offered just served up... More

5 of us went hungry to watch the game- nachos app was skimpy but the hickory burger was outstanding. All said their food was excellent. Only complaint- it's not really a sports bar as there are not enough tv's and they're not big enough. Only half our table could see the game even though we let them know we would... More

Wonderful homemade onion rings and appetizers! Everything is good and the menu covers anything from steaks to sandwiches. Great service and good prices.

We were passing through Cedar Falls. We stopped in to catch dinner and some sporting events. Packers game was on, but as soon as the Vikings game got close to kickoff, the audio was switched away to the Vikings. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The sirloin actually was a better steak then the gristle laden ribeye. Beer is cold and... More

We ate lunch at Pepper's based on a search for gluten-free dining while en route to western Iowa. Pepper's was given props for handling gluten-free options well, so we gave it a try. The staff at Pepper's was awesome! From the hostess to the server to the manager to those who were merely passing us as we came in and... More

Our meal was average tonight. I had to patty melt and was disappointed that the onions were not more flavorful, the bread was dry and the cheese was not melted. It was just a plain hamburger on 2 pieces of bread. My husband enjoyed his buffalo chicken wrap. He thought It had good flavor.

What appears to be just another restaurant on the outside is anything but on the inside! From the minute we walked in the door until the minute we left, everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was great, and the ambiance was very nice. They get extra extra credit for their gluten free options. I... More

Good service and good food. We had burgers and wings and both were done well without any problems. Nice friendly staff, Jay and Abby (trainee). This was our first visit and we can see making this a regular stop,
