Got the 1/2 order of Fish & Chips. I've had this several times & it's always wonderful! Don't forget to get the Shamrock sauce for the chips! It's a little spicy but great!!

My wife and have sampled Irish pubs across the country, west coast to east coast. 9 Irish holds it own for Irish ambiance, a great place to soak up a little Irish and drink Harp and Guiness. Have had better pub grub(Lafayette Brewing, Kitty O'Shea's). A great place to meet friends for a pint.

Outstanding place for whatever mood you happen to be in and the service is above & beyond without being overbearing. Greeted at the door, bartender remembers your name and drink, waitstaff is attentive, excellent variety of mostly Irish music....just a favorite place to eat and/or have a drink. Highly recommended.

An Irish Pub is always a fun place to go, especially with a group of friends; or just with your spouse!

Tried O'Bryan's Nine Irish Brothers for a last minute dinner on a Saturday. The Place was not crowded when we arrived, but was jam packed upon our departure. The Fish and Chips were excellent.

I was surprised to see Nine Irish Brothers was ranked the number 1 restaurant in West Lafayette so I had to give it a try. This Irish pub is located close to the campus of Purdue University. We went their to watch part of the Purdue football game. It was not crowded at all. The hostess for some reason wants... More

We have eaten here multiple times and it is a good experience. But we spent St. Patrick's Day here this year and it was the most fun we had had with a bunch a strangers ever! Let me just emphasize this is not a place for the faint of heart or people who do not want to be in a... More

9IB is always a staple when I come back to Purdue. The fish and chips is a must. If you're really hungry get the full order. If you want to do anything afterwards, just get the half order. You must get a perfect pint too. If you're looking for a free drink on your 21st, the owner will come out... More

For an evening of live Irish music in a setting that feels very authentically true to the Emerald Isle, this was the place last Friday evening! Lachlan, a duo from across the pond was providing the music and the Irish spirits and fare were delicious. The wait staff added to the positive atmosphere.

While visiting Indiana for a few weeks, my family, friends and I wanted to try this local Irish spot. We'd been given fairly good reviews and even called ahead to see if kids were welcome. We were assured they were. We arrived post lunch rush, and even with the few people in the restaurant, our service was spotty. It took... More
