We were always happy with Baja, and had many good meals there - both as couples and hosting guests. But now is is only a memory. Baja closed on October 13, 2013. We will miss it.

We have enjoyed several meals at the Baja and all were very good. The corn chowder was excellent. They always have a special and we often order it with confidence that we will be satisfied. Last week we enjoyed walleye topped with a wonderful sauce that included capers.

I love the ribeye with all of the sides. The atmosphere is quiet and calm with very aromatic flavors escaping the kitchen. The price is a bit high and the spunky blonde waiter is a bit off putting but the food makes up for it!

Love this place so much! My husband always gets the seafood risotto, and I usually get whatever he special is which has always been delicious. Decent wine selection, and the staff is always friendly.

Tucked away just off of US 52 in West Lafayette, is the delightful Baja Peninsula. This is one of my favorite places to dine. Chef makes everything from scratch-- even the polenta. I am always greeted cheerfully--and staff always makes sure I am well attended to. The food is SO GOOD. Nothing frozen or canned here. The salmon with the... More

Don't go there! Our waiter reaked of alcohol, and as I went to visit the restroom I was greeted by 2 cockroaches walking from the kitchen! Will never go back! They do a pretty good job of covering things up..just not that good if ur paying attention.

Food was outstanding ! All 4 in the family thought this was a great place and all said we would like to return again. Nice to have homemade items and not canned food service entrees. This was a first visit but definitely will make it a family favorite ! Waiter was very pleasant and friendly.

We went to this restaurant for sunday brunch, I must admit first impression was not so good, with outdated decoration and old style tables, not very clean environment, waiters with oily outfit not clean look at all, makes very negative setting, However the food was surprisingly good, everything we ordered was tasty and cooked to perfection. Service was fast and... More

The food here is very good if not a little pricey, but I've always enjoyed it.
