We'd heard all about the Triple XXX, so we finally tried it. Very small and cramped inside, but the food was delicious. We both had the double cheeseburger with fries - simple yet delightful. The root beer was delicious as well - it is made locally and doesn't have the "bite" like most root beer. It is sweet tasting. The... More

We made appoint to drive in off the interstate 5-8min. We found it easily with the direction from trip advisor 👍 We had the loaded Peanut butter Burger adding crispy bacon. It was good. 😊 the burger was average size full of flavor. I chose sweet potato fries wc were served with a sweet creamy marshmallow cinnamon dipping sauce wc... More

The place is a local stop and is right by Purdue. It has great history. It's a greasy spoon restaurant that is cramped but with a good atmosphere. Cash only. The food is similar to like an IHOP

Like many other people this is a must stop! Great burgers, tons of conversation, it's got it all for a fast food place. It's been there for so many years, I can't remember my first time. But I can say, try it, you will go back. It's the place to go if you follow Purdue athletics & athletes. As they... More

If you want linen table clothes and a romantic candle light meal this won't work for you BUT you will fall in love with the fresh 100 per cent beef burger. Not throw away mixture but chopped steak. I have eaten there for over 65 years and never been disappointed.

If you like old time diner type food, you'll love this place. It's a tight little counter service restaurant serving burgers, fries, onion rings, breakfast all day, etc. Basically heart attack on a bun -- yum. We went out of our way to find it after reading about it in a magazine. It didn't disappoint. The wait staff was all... More

Food eaten on the traditional pub style. Food served was delicious. I will recommend this joint in the Purdue University town to any who loves food.

This place has great food, the service was fast/friendly, and the prices are pretty good too. I'd definitely go back if I was in the area. If you're in town I'd highly recommend stopping in here for a burger.

A Purdue University student's must visit. Was featured on Guy F. Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Not fancy in any fashion, but the burgers are really good. Old fashioned root beer available for sale ( in glass bottles). Can eat at the inside counter or outside at picnic tables ).

Traveling through the area, we spotted the billboard on the freeway. The advertisement stated it was on Drive ins, Diners and Dives TV show, so thought why not. I think it fell under all three of the names! Being lunchtime, it was packed with students and faculty of Perdue University and we had to wait a few minutes for counter... More
