Farm to table, everything is locally bought and fresh. Somewhat pricey, but the taste makes it worth every penny. Very small menu, but everything has so much flavor and tastes great, even food I typically wouldn't eat. Many beers from local breweries as well.

Its a really nice place for a meal... only down side is the menu is very small and when it changes it's usually just an ingredient or two... Beer selection is pretty good...

I go to this establishment regularly for microbrew mondays to grab a drink and appetizer. I am always impressed with the food and their well-selected drink options! I also meet friends and family there for dinner occasionally. The chef always has some amazing options prepared!

We went early on a Tuesday night. My wife had the ribeye and I had the Amish chicken. The food was good and fresh. A bit overpriced for my tastes. The service was very good and we have no real complaints. Nic little storefront restaurant.

Bistro 157 was our favorite restaurant in Valparaiso, but they're gone now and Valley became our new favorite almost as soon as they opened. If farm-to-table appeals to you, all the better, but it would still be our favorite in Valparaiso. The menu is a little thin, but they offer quite a bit more now than they did when they... More

I love going to eat out while feeling like I'm eating in. Fresh, delicious food and their menu changes often enough that I look forward to something new regularly, while wishing some of my favorites back! If you like truly quality, fresh food while supporting local business/farms, this is the best of all worlds!

This place is rated very well on Tripadvisor so I thought I would give it a shot. The restaurant is right off the main street in what looks like a store front. Like it's name it is a bar theme with not a lot of seating. I can early and was seated quickly. I did see people waiting but the... More

The menu is small but they do good work here. Each dish shows some imagination and thoughtful composition. The menu warns the diner that since each dish is made to order, there can be a wait at busy times. This was our experience. However, our orders of “Charred Sweet Corn Linguine” with fresh shrimp, and the Crispy Perch were worth... More

After four trips to Valley in my year of living in Valpo, I am convinced that this is one of the best restaurants in the area. The emphasis on local sourcing and seasonally appropriate food is wonderful. Just last week, a friend and I were there for a spontaneous dinner together. The server, although young, was knowledgeable and helpful. He... More

I'm not exaggerating. We went out to celebrate a birthday. The menu selection is small, but this enables them to perfect the dishes that they offer. Don't miss the truffle fries appetizer. I had the pork chops and we all shared some desserts. Everything is fresh and from local farms. It's a bit expensive but worth it
