I have never seen a restaurant this dirty in my life. The floors and carpet were black as coal and your shoes stuck to the carpet. Food debris was scattered under tables and chairs. It looked like the waitress service area must have sprung a leak in the soda machine because the floors were wet all around the area. Some... More

I decided to write a review after seeing some negative ones. We had a good experience, but don't live nearby, so I don't know if we had what is normal. This was my first time at a Ryan's. We stopped here early on a Sunday morning for breakfast while traveling through. The staff was friendly and did a good job... More

The Ryans in Sevierville Tn went above & beyond for us when they found i had a special-needs guest with me. Off to Kroger they went, and returned quickly with the type of syrup we needed. We have been here before, and this is likely one of the friendliest staffs I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Special thanks... More

I will not eat at any of the Ryan's again. This is the second I went to. Never never again. The place was filthy, the food was bad. The bathroom grossed me out. I had a stomach ache 3 days after eaten there. I wish I can sue them for my stomach. After seeing the bathroom, turned my stomach bad.... More

I walked into Ryans to eat and wanted to look at the buffet befor I paid. The first thing I noticed was the smell. Im not sure if the stench was comming from the kitchen or the carpets but I new that I would never enjoy my dinner with such a bad odor. I also noticed that the buffet was... More

Place was filthy including bathroom! Only seen our waiter once. Food wasn't worth $10 a piece. Won't be returning. Was much better when it was Fire Mountain. Should be shut down along with Golden Coral!

This buffet was so disappointing. The food appeared have been on the serving table for a long time. It was dry and gross. The dessert table was so messy, it looked like it had just gone through a food fight. This could be a great addition to our community but it seems to have gone down over the years. And... More

We tried this for the first time last night because we had a 6.99 coupon. It wasn't even worth the 6.99! Needless to say we will never go back. There wasn't much of a selection and what was there was all dried up and overcooked. They advertissed a 'new mongolian grill' and when we walked over to place an order,... More

The last time we ate here several months ago, they had a sewage problem in the women's restroom. I said I wouldn't go back again, but somehow we did. I will say that this experience was much improved over the last time. The food was good. They had real bacon on the salad bar. All of the food we had... More
