Loved the tables, flooring and chairs...the atmosphere is neat! This was our first time eating here....we were just in the area for a few hours and needed lunch. We ordered the Herb Chicken Sandwich and the Smoked Salmon Sandwich....also the Fighting Irish Sundae. My hubby says the Smoked Salmon Sandwich was AMAZING. For my chicken....I had them add grilled onions, peppers... More

Food was overpriced and didn't taste good. Place was dark and people were crammed into small areas. I bought fish and chips that were wrapped in newspaper that made my fish taste like newsprint after it sat in it (the supposed plate) for awhile. The fries tasted oven cooked and reheated. They were luke warmed and what appeared to be... More

We were In town just for the day. Great food and live music on a Wednesday, what more could you ask for? The atmosphere was great. I loved the smoked salmon.

We had our supper elsewhere but thought it would be nice to have a brew and some music before we retired - it was. Nice selection of different beers and wines, great staff and some fun music. The mismatched chairs and tables really did give it that homey atmosphere

What's not to love about a traditional Irish pub? A great selection of Irish foods, and of course, beers. Everyone in the group had something different, and not one complaint. And the prices are very reasonable. Wish it was closer to home, I would be a regular!

Great food, great beer. But it is the atmosphere that keeps me coming back to this place! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good meal with some friends.

Fiddler's Hearth is a local South Bend gem where live music plays and ale and whiskey flows easily. The menu is centered around Irish food offerings and is one of the few locations where kale is a standard side offering. The fish and chips rock and the shepherd's pie is a delight. Have a snakebite (cider and ale together) to... More

Great food, great beer. When it's full it's a little hard to talk at your table. It gets pretty loud.

This was my third visit. Each time the musical group was different but all have been very enjoyable. This time the group was in from Ontario, Canada. They played great family-friendly music.

Recommend by my hotel staff to have a great meal. It was! Server very friendly. Fish and chips were better than all the fish and chips I had in Ireland. Cod pieces were thick and yummy. Great malt vinegar too to go with the hand cut chips. It's open seating- so you could wind up sitting with strangers. But that... More
