I just can't stand a place with plenty of beer on tap but they can't tell you what's on tap. Food is mediocre. Lots of fried apps but nothing original or memorable.

Went for a beer and sandwich on Sunday night and was told they were out of most of the beer selections listed. Service was very slow and food was average. I would not return.

Imagine a packed bar, and you're clearly some of the oldest people in there. It's a college bar, for crying out loud. We get that. But you would've thought we were covered in open sores surrounded by flies the way we were being ignored. And we must've sat there for 20 minutes while waitstaff walked by us. Time after time.... Went here after a performance. Bar was busy and atmosphere good. Had a party of 8 and were immediately seated. Order several items from the menu, burgers, pulled pork and a fish sandwich. All items came on buns and were greasy to the point of our family not even finishing their dishes. Would suggest this place possibly only for drinks... More

We were late into town on our first night in the USA and to be fair this was the only place we could find open close to the hotel. We ate inside, just having burgers and salad but the food was very good and very reasonable. Service was okay and there was a very good choice of beers. I'm sure... More

We stopped in South Bend on our way to Chicago. We were just looking for a quick lunch but the beautiful commons area caught our attention and we parked. There were several restaurants but this one had an outdoor seating area. We ate outside and had a great meal. Quick service, fresh salad, not too expensive. I think this is... More

We went here on our first night here. The girl that waited our table was very smart, quick and attentive, and we enjoyed the cheap Sunday pints and tasty burgers. As a quick stop for basic burger needs this place is perfectly fine. I wouldn't come here every night.

They hire and caterer to the college crowd, the pop is flat, and the service is awful. We gave this place more than one try and it failed consistently so we will not go back. I could go into detail but it would be quite lengthy and I am not going to relive the poor service we had, but just... More

This place is situated adjacent to the Notre Dame Campus and is geared to students. We were there out of term and its a very large place, so appeared a bit empty, but certain to be full in term time and on match days. There are two pool tables, and many tv screens all tuned to sports channels. The menu... More

Traveling with 17/18 yr old baseball team, they accommodated 50 people with great service and personable friendly waitresses. The food and service were top notch for a bar in the new area of entertainment/food near campus.
