Great if you have food Allergies!

We started with the Hummus which was good. I had the beet salad which was good but my favorite thing about this restaurant is the fact that they take food allergies very seriously. My son has a nut and an egg allergy and they cook the food in a separate area and are very accommodating and serious... read more

Ate at The Mark Tap and Dine in a group of 10 family members recently. While the food and service were fine (I had the meat loaf), the decor and overall atmosphere were what I would describe as cold. It had a high ceiling and was dark and lacked any coziness. Since the food was good, I wouldn't say it... More

I've been here a few times and it's a great date restaurant but there really is nothing special about it. The atmosphere is nice, the food is just nothing special. There isn't a big menu, it is mostly American fare. I have also been here with some larger groups and it's been nice for that. The drinks are fun, good... More

i love Eddie Street while visiting Notre Dame. I have found that The Mark is a favorite for several reasons: -great staff -great food -great bar -great meet place where you can talk and hear without loud music.

Loved the edamame hummus appetizer and pink champagne truffle for dessert. Menu for both sophisticated and standard tastes. Unbelievable dessert selection. great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

This was so good for lunch, we returned the next day. Loved the location, ambiance, service, menu and preparation of the food. Not to mention it's right across the street from Notre Dame. The meatloaf sandwich is to die for. One slice of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake can easily feed four people. Nice selection of beer and wine. There are... More

We have season tickets and like to enjoy the local Eddy Street Commons cuisine before the game. O rourkes was the original choice, but there was an hour wait. Brothers was close to the same wait, so we tried The Mark. My husband ate here once before and he was not impressed, he forewarned me. First off we both received... More

We have been to the Mark on numerous occasions, typically before or after an event at ND. The quality of food has been questionable, but service had been good. Took friends before the basketball game on Sat, Jan 10, 2015. From the time we walked through the door till we walked out it was not a good experience. We were... More

In town for a Notre Dame football game we wanted to check out Eddy Street and grab some lunch. We stopped at The Mark, did not have needed reservation on game day, but lucked into a big comfortable booth. Nicely decorated, friendly wait staff, great menu. The warm soft pretzel app was served with cheese, ranch and course mustard dips... More

I had a small Caesar salad which was fine. Big cup of coffee and cream...good too. I had a bowl of potato leak soup and it was disappointing. All broth and just one potato and no leaks......It didn't taste like potato leak soup. My wife's friend gave her salad a B- grade. The waiter was great.
