Dinner on the road east

Nice restaurant and bar at Plymouth Indiana. Wide choice of food, steak, chicken, seafood, sandwiches etc. Beer and wine prices reasonable. Cost about $20 each for an entree and drink.

I just went to the "Rail" for the first time in months. I was expecting the same experience I had got the last time, great service and good food but that was not what I got. Our server, Kelli, seemed to be somewhere else. She had a horrible attitude toward the table and it was not just us. She acted... More

Eight years ago hubbie and I used to eat at the "Rail" a least once a week. Now with 5 foster kids and 6 of our own we're lucky to have a couple's night out once a month. But we still make sure that night is spent at the Brass Rail. Reading other reviews it seems people have trouble with... More

It was a night for a personal celebration and usually we go out of town but we decided to eat locally because of impending bad weather. The Brass Rail Bar and Grill didn't look busy as we drove by so we made it our choice for dinner. We were seated quickly and our server, Kellie, greeted us pleasantly. That was the last... More

We were staying in town for a golf play-and-stay and I wanted to treat my dad to a really good birthday meal. It was a Friday evening, so I expected them to be at least a little busy and it was, but there was no wait to be seated. We ordered our drinks and food and the salads, soup and... More

Called ahead to make sure there were accommodations for a wheelchair guest in our party. Linda, the hostess, told us which door to use. When we arrived for dinner around 8 on a Friday evening Linda came outside to help us through the door & got us seated. The waitress was Kelli, who was very nice and cheerful. She took... More

I ate at this restaurant a couple of times recently. It is located in downtown Plymouth. There is a lively bar area that also has seating for eating. Another area is the"family" section which is a little quieter. To be honest the food is good but not excellent. I did go twice though and will go again if that tells... More

My sister and I meet here for lunch! We both had the Fish, Fries and Cole Slaw dinner. It was good! Portions were very good! We were also very impressed with there variety of drinks. We will be going back to try more items from the menu and the bar.

Our road trip took us into Northern Indiana and through Plymouth and we stopped for dinner at Brass Rail, at an old favorite (we lived in Rochester for 15 years). We loved the new look, exterior and interior, and the nonsmoking in all areas. The food was great but the service was some of the worst we've ever experienced. Our... More

First time at this place. Service and food were excellent. We will be back. They have a new chef from California who takes pride in the foods presentation.
