We planned a day trip to the area, read trip advisor reviews first to select a lunch stop, and decided on Samuel's Place. So glad we did! It is the perfect place to stop for lunch. It is cozy, casual, and comfortable. They offer a nice selection of pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. I ordered the turkey sandwich and my husband... More

When we made plans to spend a day and night in New Harmony, I had assumed we would eat at the Red Geranium Restaurant at the New Harmony Inn. It turned out to be fancier than we wanted, and so we went to Samuel's Place instead. What a pleasant surprise -- an unpretentious place with good, thin-crust pizza.

Best place to eat in Posey County, hands down. Great friendly service, very reasonable prices. A peach of a place to dine. Review by Ron at WWW.NewHarmonyWatch.Com

I love their peanut butter pizza. I have eaten this for years but they do a great job with it.

This is a little storefront cafe suitable for families, groups, and solo travelers. Food is mildly inventive, if you want it to be. I had a very nice, competently prepared salad. Wait staff is friendly, and you have the feeling that someone actually wanted to serve you. Decor is plain, but there are a few interesting artifacts on the walls.... More

This restaurant meet or exceeded our expectations in food quality, service, value and atmosphere/cleanliness. We went there after reading the good reviews here on trip advisor. The dough was hand tossed and the ingredients were very fresh. Also, the prices were as reasonable as any pizza chain - which is not even an option in this quaint little town.
