Once we identified our discount coupon we were almost ignored. The restaurant is small and has wood floors, the only waitress working (under staffed for the number of customers) was wearing shoes that echoed (reverberated) as she walked to such an extent we found it extremely annoying. For the most part the food was good. However, the french onion soup... More

It was unclear whom our server was. The staff rarely checked on us and when they did, they didn't follow through with our requests (water and bread). Meanwhile bread and water was served to other customers. All in all the atmosphere was also. We did not feel welcome at all. The food was good, but I would not pay for... More

Quicker than a transatlantic flight - this is a touch of the real France right here in the Louisville Metro. Paris has it's Left Bank & it's Right Bank - but we have Louis' on our 'North Bank,'. A visit to Louis' will put you right into the mood & substance of a charming neighborhood French 'resto'. Could be right... More

Finally found it open for lunch and we tried it. The service was prompt, and courteous. The lunch menu is good, lighter fare but a preview to dinner. I had the lamb marquez and my lunch mate had the braise chicken puff pastry. We shared the louis pate and finished off with the classic crepes suzzette. It is worth a... More

We went here for a birthday dinner. Found it to have a nice cozy atmosphere with friendly service. FYI - they are transplants from France. Prices are a little on the higher side - food was good and you also get entertained with some french music and song. I think they also have a sunday brunch 9:30 - 1:30 ,... More

I had lunch with friends during the week .It was not crowded. The restaurant is small and tables are close ,but it feels cozy. The lunch menu has several choices from sandwiches to crepes. The ingredients are fresh. Portions are not large, but what you would expect a normal portion to be. However if you are used to supersized portion,... More

I have mixed feelings with this review. We went here over a year ago and LOVED it, everything was delicious and we had the best time. We went again this past Friday and we mildly disappointed. The server was ok, she left dished (didn't clear in a timely fashion) let us sit too long waiting on the desert menu. The... More

My coworker and I decided to give this place a try during 502 Lunch Week. The restaurant is charming - very reminiscent of the sidewalk cafés in France. The service was a tad slow, but the waiter made up for it with his kindness, knowledge, and good humor. The food was absolutely divine! We both had coq au vin -... More

Had a lovely evening at this sweet little French cafe in New Albany. The entrees and sides were prepared perfectly and we enjoyed the last bite as much as the first bite! It is Classic French cuisine at it's very best!
