We had eaten at most of the restaurant in Nashville and this is the best. We seldom go without getting there sun fry appetizer which comes with a great dipping sauce. My wife loves their catfish sandwich and I could eat just about anything off the menu. They did change the slaw recipe and it's not anything we will get... More

Do NOT go to this place for food. We were seated outside, which was nice; however the food was terrible. We went here because it had high ratings, but I am not sure how they got them. We ordered the spinach/artichoke dip...bland and greasy, served with tortilla chips that were obviously from a bag. Next, I ordered the chicken pot... More

My wife and I were staying overnight at the Artist Colony Inn. When we checked in, they gave me two coupons for their restaurant - each worth six bucks. About 8:30 the next morning we walked downstairs to the dining room. it turns out that $6.00 is the cost, per person, for their breakfast buffet. And I should add, better... More

Went here one day recently at one minute before five. We asked about their early bird specials. They said they run until five. They did not offer to give it to us or even act friendly towards us. SO we left.... They were not busy. Seems they would stretch the rules a bit and let us have the early bird... More

Catfish Dinner with sweet baked potatoe and a side salad, you will LOVE IT... they do not offer sweet tea - it is a rasberry tea so we settled with water...

We have been here several times and have never had a bad meal or bad service. The prices are reasonable. Gives this place a try, you will enjoy yourself.

It was a below zero night when we drove in from my family's rural home in Brown County. Not much was open around Nashville but the Artist's Colony was, and they had a big table for us. There was one other table with customers and I think they were friends of the staff or owners. Like I said, it was... More

We ate lunch here 2 days during our recent visit. The restaurant has a wonderful, large fireplace. We had the French onion soup both days and it is great! One of our guests also had the hamburger and enjoyed it.

We tried the breakfast here as I had purchased a deal via our lodging. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Two kinds of potatoes, pancakes, eggs, bacon, link sausages, oatmeal with toppings, fresh fruit, biscuits, fried biscuits with apple butter are what I remember. Buffet came with choice of juice or coffee as well. Buffet was well stocked and clean/neat.... More
