Where the local folks go

This is the real deal if you want a non-touristy tavern to enjoy a drink, watch the game and have some pub grub.

We Went to the pineroom in April 2015 and they just had beer and wine. The entertainment was ok but ended early. The food was overpriced and not very good. WE really couldn't wait to leave. It was a disappointment,

We choose the Salt Creek Tavern because it was close to our hotel and they offered a a discount certificate on Restaurant.com which I purchased that day. The Waitress was very nice, the food was good. When it came time to redeem the manager of the tavern said they would not accept the coupon from my smart phone. They wanted... More

We have been to the Pine Room many times and usually enjoy the food. We stopped this time for a late lunch. I have enjoyed fish and chips many times and it has been one of my favorites. Not this tie. The waitress behind the bar waited on us right away, but we waited a long time for the food.... More

Stopped in after our tour guide suggested it. Awesome burger and incredible desserts. We enjoyed a red velvet cake and lemon cheese cake. Our waitress, Spanks enthusiastically recommended both options. Great food and service!

Stopped by for lunch after spending the morning shopping. My falafel burger was fantastic and my husband had delicious burger with rosemary fries. Service was nice and prompt.

It was really nice to go to a place near our hotel – the comfort inn – to grab a late night bite and listen to some music. The music was good as was the beer. Unfortunately, the chicken vegetable soup was over – salted even for my salty taste.

Sub-par food. Terrible atmosphere. Over- priced. Waitperson did her best, but owners were with unfriendly attitudes and could care less who was there. Besides we three, there were only two couples in the place. Our appitizer ($15) arrived burnt and so overly breaded one couldn't taste anything but the (burnt) breading. We sent it back. Thankfully, they didn't charge us... More

Get the tenderloin and Rosemary garlic fries! Yummy! Tenderloin to breading ratio is low, so you can really taste the meat. The breading is wonderful, too! Can't get enough of those fries, either!

We loved the Pine Room. Loved is the key word. Walked in & took a look at their horrible revised menu & walked out. Sadly, Had the same reaction to the quality of food served at the revised Muddy Boots. Very disappointed!!!
