Laid Back

A perfect place to start your morning in Nashville. They offer several good coffee choices, simple breakfasts (all day on Sunday), really BIG cookies, not-too-comfy wooden chairs & tables, but a large "WOW, I could stay here all day!" wood-burning fireplace. Check it out.

The Daily Grind is so much more than cofee! Yes, the coffee is fantastic but so is the food! Wow! Breakfast is the best in town by far. And they have a great variety on the menu. They serve lunch too. Atmosphere and service are adorable, friendly and exactly what anyone needs while visiting Brown County. So glad I found... More

The coffee, as always was great and the selection is great. They have added several new menu items which makes them a fantastic place for breakfast or lunch.

We loved the staff---they were Green Bay fans, we are Bengals/Buckeye fans so we enjoyed some good-natured ribbing with each other. The coffee drinks are good and we had their breakfast as well which was a good, old fashioned breakfast- we had scrambled eggs with cheese, a belgian waffle, bacon, grits and sausage links (which were actually more like Metts-... My husband and I visited this coffee shop while on our anniversary trip in February 2015. The coffee was delicious and there was a big warm fire inside to sit by. I would love to go back to this coffee shop next time I am in town!

The owner was very friendly! He was extremely helpful in picking out our beverage. He even recommended some places to visit in town! Our favorite stop in Nashville! Definitely worth the trip!

My daughter loves gourmet coffee, I just need to drink a lot to keep awake. So we stop at Daily Grind while we're shopping in Nashville, and I have to say their roasts and blends are outstanding. Nice rustic atmosphere. Only bummer: not always open when you'd expect, town closes up on Tuesdays early, I believe.

Actually the best place to have hot chocolate in Nashville. They also have breakfast and lunch available for purchase. The menu has quite a selection.

Food was a bit pricey and really nothing special. Did not have coffee, but have heard it is what they are best at.

We stopped in The Daily Grind for a coffee break after walking through historic Nashville. We were greeted by very friendly people! I got a regular brewed cup of coffee and my wife got a mochaccino. We also got a couple cookies to snack on. The cookies were great. I recommend the coconut pecan. Unfortunately, the coffee was terrible. Both... More
