Local, clean, fresh appearance. Menu to compete with anyone. Previous visit, years ago was great, but bad day for service, kitchen. 2 eggs OM came out OE/well done, some feat. After food service, waitress was sent back 3 times to complete order ... Sausage links not well cooked. Coffee was good, kept hot.

In a quest to find a good priced good breakfast in town, we tried this one. Wish we had not. No one was welcoming as we waited for our table, the manager avoids eye contact, and other staff at the front door seemed intent on ignoring those entering or waiting. Our large party was treated to two tables together that... More

Mt wife and I stopped in for a late breakfast. We found that the menu offered a full selection of breakfast offerings, plus lunch offerings such as burgers and chops. The atmosphere was like that of an updated Denny's or dinner - clean and bright with booths arranged along the windows. My wife had biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs... More

I made the mistake of ordering a Mexican Sausage Scramble. It came with hash browns so I requested a side of salsa and then another one since the one they brought me was so small. Imagine my surprise to find that I had been chaged twice for salsa to put on my mexican scramble. The waitress was having a bad... More

If you are a health nut, move on. My husband, 2 year old, & I ate brunch here. My son had the pancakes which were covered in butter, but SO good! I had my eggs over medium and they came out perfectly, no runny white. My husband ordered his home fries w cheese, onions, & bacon crumbles, so incredible! This... More

We have been on a kick of going to pancake houses and this looked like it was worth a try. We are so glad we did! My wife ordered the "Country Benadict" and I ordered a breakfast special which included two eggs (basted medium), two sausage links, two slices of bacon, and two pancakes. We were both totally impressed with... More

We enjoyed brunch at about 2pm local time on a Saturday. Eva's was quiet, with no waiting and excellent service. The menu features very large portions, such as a five-egg omelet. Two of us shared a single omelet meal with sides of fresh fruit and two pancakes. This was plenty of food for one hungry person and one lighter eater.... More

Our favorite meal to eat out is breakfast and while our daughter was attending Ball State University we would go out for a weekend and east breakfast out every morning at someplace different. So naturally we had a pretty good tour de Muncie breakfast spots. These days, we only maintain the house she lived in while at BSU so we... More

My family ate at Eva's for the first time Easter Sunday. The food was very good and our server was nice and well informed. My mom had an egg breakfast but wanted just 1 silver $ pancake. Well, they could not do that for what ever reason the silver $ pancakes had to be sold in a large bundle on... More
