Went here over the Memorial Day weekend. They had no ribs left even thought the place was 1/4 full. Everything else was decent, but 3 of our 5 diners meat was a little dry. Green beans were canned with bacon mixed in. Service staff thought it was OK to vacuum and restock tables while people were eating for some reason... More

We went there and of course ordered ribs because that's what they are known for. The ribs were dry and tough and the sauce was horrible that they put on it. My husband had pork chops and those weren't bad but not stellar either. Its just your basic family dining restaurant, nothing special

Service was pathetically slow so I left. Service is not a priority here so if you care for that at all, eat elsewhere. If I ever try their ribs, it'll be take out, but don't count on my business.

Barbecue I could make at home, nice clean atmosphere with thoughtful service. if you want real barbecue and a genuine southern atmosphere with blues and tubs of dipping sauce try South Street Barbecue in Lafayette and skip the Sublette.

Very congenial hostess and waitresses, food was tasty and filling but took too long to arrive. If you don't mind the wait, not a bad place to eat.

My husband and I ordered our food and drinks at the same time-that's how long we waited for initial contact with our waitress. After we received our food we never saw our waitress again until she brought the bill. We we're never asked if we wanted drink refills or if the food was okay. Food arrived luke warm. Big disappointment... More

Before the fire it was one of our special places to go. Upon re opening , we waited a month giving them time to get the bugs out. The wait staff was not happy being back to work, kinda grumbly. The food was over done and boring . They have list their piazz!! So sad!

My husband and I tried Sublette's for the first time this past Saturday evening. It was 7 PM by the time we arrived and were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. That was not a problem, and there was seating. (Some customers turned away rather than wait.) True to her word, the hostess seated us within the 20... More
