Stopped in since it was right next to our hotel. Very Olive Garden like but not as good. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and polite. Tried the tri-colored tortellini with chicken in alfredo which was just ok. Chicken was a bit chewey and tortellini was way al dente. Alfredo did not seem home made. Not... More

While the staff was nice, the food was lackluster. I had the gnocchi bolognese and was not pleased. The gnocchi's consistency was much too mushy and the bolognese saw tasted like it came from a can. I would pick Olive Garden over this restaurant any day.

The lunch menu was very expansive but also featured some "value" meals. The serving was very generous and the sandwich was fresh and warm. The side salad was cool and crisp. A terrific value!

Our dinner was an average Italian chain restaurant. I order chicken marsala to judge new Italian restaurants. The chicken was not pounded thin and it was heavily breaded, so heavy I had to scrape off all the excess to get to some chicken. It also was not any juicy marsala sauce to accompany it. The side of spaghetti had no... More

If you are looking for a middle to upscale Italian dining establishment, this is the place to try. The food was amazing. They even offer duo entrée plates if you are unsure what you want to eat. I enjoyed the chicken parm and lasagna. I would vote it the best Italian food in South Bend. The only one concern I... More

food wasn't extraordinary but the staff was very friendly. There were very few patrons at the time of our visit...a hint that the restaurant isn't that great? or just timing? Not too sure. We were stuck in town due to a car break down and the restaurant was across the street from the hotel where the tow truck driver had... More

As an animal advocate, I endorse and am a vegetarian. But, of all the meats that even CARNIVORES must refuse is VEAL! Why then, does this restaurant blatantly serve VEAL? THis is a travesty and they should serving this horrendous meal.

We live about 2 hours away from Mishawaka and sometimes we like to take a day trip to that area. We tried Papa Vino's once and we love it! Every time we are in the area or pass thru on the toll road we always stop. Papa's Salad is delicious. I've tried several of the pasta dishes and I haven't... More
