Recently visited 605 Grill-and was not disappointed! Always enjoy eating at the bar and they have one with about 8 seats. Friendly staff and cold beer. Menu has a good selection and bar selection good. Opened with Tijuana egg rolls-really tasty (was surprised . . . in a good way!). Then we had salads with added steak on one and... More

We decided to try the 605 Grille based on the reviews on tripadvisor. We were very pleased with what we found; the menu was interesting, the place was very clean and the food was great. We had the Black Bean eggroll and the Tiajuana eggroll for an appetizer. I could of ordered six and had them for dinner, they were... More

Having heard good reviews, I was disappointed by the service and meal. Upon entering, I got the feeling the establishment was aiming for something, I just couldn't figure exactly what. My steak was an extremely well marinated and seasoned piece of fat, however. To be fair, I enjoyed a nice glass of wine and the side dishes were fresh and... More

While the menu is limited, the food is good quality. People are friendly, and very nice. It's definitely one of the better places to dine in Madison.

I don't normally pay $13 for a hamburger but this one is well worthy the money! Local sourced ground beef, real cheddar melted on it and a fantastic bun made right there in the restaurant. Three Floyds beer on tap, to wash it down made a great meal! My date enjoyed the sun dried tomato quiche which had a homemade... More

I had the beef burger with mushrooms, and it came with a biscuit for the bun! I like biscuits! It was delicious and huge; I had to cut it up to eat it! The fries were good, too. The dress code was anything from fancy work clothes to t-shirt and shorts.

605 buys locally grown produce as well as local grass fed beef. They have wonderful vegetarian fare, fine selection of regional craft beers and large variety of wines both domestic and intetnational. There is a delicious selection of homemade dressings and dipping sauces. There are homemade desserts to finish your gourmet meal.

One of my favorite places to eat in Madison. Everything is homemade and locally sourced where possible. Not open for lunch, but truly a great place to enjoy a relaxing evening of conversation and great food. Best burger in town!

Whether it be the salad dressings, rustic hand crafted breads, soups, sides, entrees, or appetizers, Its all made in house from locally sourced farmers. You will never see a frozen food truck out front dropping off prepackaged food. Wonderful home style cuisine with an ever evolving menu, which changes with the seasons and the local harvest. Small batch micro-brews on... More
