We have been to 9 Irish Brothers on many occasions. We really enjoy the fish and chips. They are the one thing I can always get and be pleased. We have tried the Reuben and the Shepherds Pie. The Reuben was dry and not to my liking (I make a better Reuben at home). The Irish Nachos are great! We... More

I have been to Nine Irish multiple times. The beer always tastes as good as it possibly can. The food is good. While I have tried a bunch of dishes that are pretty good including the irish nachos and the irish pizza, there are a few dishes that are very good. The bangers and mash are excellent and my personal... More

We had an early supper here and the server was very friendly and attentive. Gave us directions for touring the Purdue campus. I had the Bangers and mash while my spouse had the Irish pepper steak. Both were served with grilled vegetable and delicious Irish bread. You shouldn't miss this place -- especially if you love Irish food!

It was a Sunday. We wanted to feed our teenage grandchildren and spotted the Lafayette Nine Irish Brothers establishment. We didn't think they would let minors in, but that was no problem! The menu was extensive and the kids actually ordered real food instead of their usual cheeseburgers. They came through with paleo for our son. The servings are big... More

This is one of the very few restaurants that I would drive 3 hours just to eat at. We made a detour that took us out of our way and spent the night in Lafayette just to eat here again. There is no better fish and chips on the planet and you have to save room for the crème brulee.... More

We were in town from St. Louis and needed a kid friendly place that would take reservations for a large group. This was a great spot. We had a private room in the back ( with normal chairs) which was quiet. The food and service was great. The kids really enjoyed the fries. We also enjoyed the potato skins and... More

The menu was good but not very many options if you have young children. Speaking of, it was extremely disappointing that there were no booster seats (or any type of seating) for young ones. My daughter had to sit on our lap. The food was good but the first thing I think of is no kid seating.

Irish fare in Lafayette, Indiana. Well why not? After all there are Irish folks all over the world why shouldn't there be an Irish restaurant at Purdue. I am sure that Notre Dame has a few, but not as good as this. When we stop in Lafayette we always try to swing by and take in the food the atmosphere,... More

Great irish pub. Food, drink, and staff were all excellent. Band was a bit loud but no complaints about their music.

This restaurant certainly has the feel of an Irish pub. Try a Guinness and fish and chips....only need a half order because the servings are ample! There are two locations; if you'd like to be able to chat with friends over dinner, go to the one on State Rd. 38. The West Side location is popular with students and is... More
