If your not Irish, you will feel like you are after eating here,,,,,,,,,

When I first moved to Indiana, this is one of the first restaurants that my husband and I tried. Remarkable food, the atmosphere makes you feel like your in a pub in Ireland. Wait staff was very knowledgeable regarding specials and very helpful with house specials and chef recommendations.

Always a good meal. They give large portions. Great beer selections too. I recommend the Patty Melt and the Ruben.

We arrive around 8:15pm on Saturday night. Parking was full. No waiting when we went inside! Kilted server was amazing and friendly. We felt at home. Live band playing Irish/Scottish music which added to the great atmosphere. Fairly dark inside creating a more intimate dining affair. Tables were not on top of one another which was nice. Prices were affordable/reasonable.... More

The food is great! I often get the fish and chips but have had many other items from the menu, all of them really good. The Ruben sandwich is another favorite. No matter what you order, get a side of car bomb sauce! The beer selection isn't large but they rotate a few on tap so there is always at... More

Like the appetizers and several of the entrees. Shepards pie and the Mollie Malone sandwich are both great items. Also like the goat cheese appetizers, but can't remember what they are called. Outdoor eating is fun when the weather cooperates. Have always had good service. Only complaint is that when there is a live band playing, it is very difficult... More

I didn't have an issue with service as some others have noted but it was not at all busy when I was there either (this is the State St location). The menu is pretty limited but the shepherd's pie was quite good as were the 2 beers I tried. I guess the owners must be soccer fans since someone else... More

Located by the side of river road just several blocks down the hill from campus, we love going to 9 Irish for flakey whitefish Fish and Chips, which comes with creamy coleslaw. There is an extensive menu ranging from traditional Irish fare like Shepard's pie to bar food like nachos, burgers or tasty soups and salads. The atmosphere is charming... More

Great food, atmosphere, and service! Thank you for an enjoyable evening! The bangers were out of this world! The soda bread I swear my Irish great grandmother made. The beef gravy on the mashed potatoes was a flashback memory from a family Sunday dinner. The wings were a big hit. I am just glad the boys did not eat the... More

I was very disappointed when I visited this restaurant for lunch 2/8/2015. The restaurant was not busy at all, yet no one ever took care of us after the hostess sat us at our table. Our party of five waited 15 minutes at our table, while making eye contact with the hostess on multiple occasions! She seemed too busy texting... More
