Went for dinner, saw it on TV

We went because Guy Fieri told us to, again... I am a huge lover of homemade beef and noodles. My grandma used to own a restaurant and always made it for us when we were kids and I make her recipe now. So I'm a little critical and possibly biased in my judgement. I ordered Steer In's beef and... read more

First time here. Saw it on Triple D and had to check it out. Not disappointed. Service was marginal...but the food was excellent. Prices were cheap. Had breakfast...my girlfriend had a sandwich. Again...very, very good. We'll be back.

If you are looking for the Ruth Chris experience, this is not it. However, if you want good food at a good price, eat here. The meatball sub has some of the most flavorful marinara sauce you can imagine. The meatballs are tasty and the bun was good. My brother had a hamburger which was cooked to perfection and contained... More

As the title says everyone from the cooks, servers, and hostess screamed "we don't care about you, we don't care about your jobs!" When I came in I was greeted with an annoyed grimace of the hostess. As I waited to be seated the hostess looks at me and says in a rude tone "sit anywhere". She seemed thoroughly annoyed... More

We were visiting Indianapolis for the weekend and had found this restaurant because of it being on Food Network, DDD's. It is a bit rundown and food was okay, just not as spectacular as we had expected. Both had steaks, onion rings and coleslaw. The food came out extremely fast but the onion rings were so large and so heavy... More

A whole group of us went and the Beef&Noodles was fantastic, tried some of the Mrs's Chili Spagetti...very tasty. The rest of the group split a pizza and one had a hamburger...no one had any complaints :)

I always make it a point to visit the restaurants featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and dives during my travels. This was not one of the best I've been to but the food was still quite good. Good value and good service too.

Ate here with some friends during Final Four weekend 2015. We came in around 9:30am for breakfast, and were immediately seated. I ordered Beef Hash, Hash browns covered with cheese, and Biscuit smothered in Sausage Gravy. It was all really good, and I would recommend anyone to eat here for at least breakfast.

So while in the area for business I see a recommendation for the Steer-In to eat. It was also noted on Diners, Drive Ins, & Dives. So I drive over for dinner at night and being winter the area is pretty dark at 7pm. I pull in to the parking lot and there are other cars there, but the inside... More

We love trying to find Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives places whenever we travel. We came in for breakfast and found great service and delicious food. Great Sausage Gravy, great "Steer-in potatoes" and an over all great value.
