Closing soon! :-(

Now only open for breakfast and lunch. Sorry to see it go. Hotel is being converted into dorms.

Chancellor's is a hidden gem in a campus hotel and conference center. They recently added a very creative chef and upgraded their menu, so that even a quick lunch is a pleasant experience. Their lobster mac & cheese was quite a surprise. I didn't expect much, but ordered it mainly for my toddlers. It turned out to be delicately seasoned,... More

Food is quite average. SErvice is also average. I ordered a pappardelle dish, but what I got was spaghetti. My companion asked for grilled cheese w/o tomatoes, but got tomatoes. If you have to eat in the hotel, this place is acceptable, but there are plenty of better places to eat in Indy.

Really enjoyed all three courses. My husband is a picky eater and he had no complaints. The bread was amazing. Impressive wine menu and full bar. The servers could be a little more educated when it comes to the menu and how food is prepared.

Had the salad with seared tuna for lunch one day and a hamburger the following day. Both had very good flavor, and I would order both again!

Chancellor's is a beautifully decorated restaurant and the atmosphere is lovely. However, the food was disappointing. One member of our party who ordered grouper could not eat the dinner because it had a very "fishy" taste. I had the chicken which, while tasty, was not as tender as it should have been. While there were only two other tables occupied... More

A lovely restaurant in the conference center/hotel on the IUPUI campus. The menu features the usual suspect -- pork, beef, duck, chicken, seafood -- but it's fairly inventively prepared and quite delicious. The restaurant closes at 9 each weeknight and is not even open on weekends, so it definitely caters to the conference/hotel crowd, but it's worth checking out for... More
