Johnny Rockets is OK but very much a chain Restaurant. The service was good and the decor was interesting!
The name is catchy, but the hamburgers and hot dogs are over priced. Promoted as a WOW! restaruant, but nothign special.
I was told that by the manager after I complained that it took 20 minutes for a salad and 50 minutes for a burger with 8 empty tables. Also I was accused of taking money when really it was the hostess who took it. Really I took your $2.00 tip. When friends who were coming up to eat asked me... More
We were excited to go here on a recent trip to Indy, mainly because our two kids are allergic to dairy and soy protein, and the restaurant's website gave us all the information we needed to find out they could eat the burgers, the buns (which almost never is the case), and the brownie (minus the ice cream.) The burgers... More
We had a bad experience this third trip to Johnny Rockets at Circle Centre. It may have been due to a new waitress (?). My husband ordered his hamburger with no cheese (told her 4 times) and he got not 1 but 3 slices of cheese on it. The fries were "limp" and almost cold. His shake was very melted... More

I had a cheeseburger and fries, both of which were excellent. The fries looked and tasted to be home made and the burger was juicy and tasty. After being there about... More
This restaurant makes you want to come back! The food is awesome and the atmosphere is fun. The employees and servers sing and dance and get everybody involved. The burgers are the best with the onion rings. Would highly recommend this experiance.
The Johnny Rockets in the Circle Centre in Downtown Indianapolis is a fun spot with good burgers, fries, and shakes of all kinds. The servers are fast and friendly. They even offer you a straw from the special old time containers on each table. The juke box is conveniently located on each table. The food is above average with all... More
Saturday lunch time visit to Johnny Rockets in the mall in Indianapolis. Quite busy but quickly seated and order taken. Then a very very long wait for first my drink to arrive then an even longer wait for food. Was the wait worth it ? Malted milkshake was worth waiting for but the burger was small tasteless and in a... More
I like the style of burgers. Also know that you can get half and half fries and rings. I forgot about this and regretted not asking for rings. Waitresses make smiley faces out of ketsup for the kids.
