My wife & young son visited for an early lunch on a Friday. The food was very flavorful & at a good price. Located right on Mass Ave, there is plenty of people-watching to enjoy with your lamb & feta. The only less-than-excellent aspect was that our waitress was just learning the ropes, so attendance was spotty. Highly recommend!

Owner/chef is very creative with her menu. She understands how to fuse Mediterranean seasoning and preparation with with locally sourced items (when possible) to create an interesting andy tasty seasonal menu. Lamb burgers are especially good. My wife and I have eaten here many times and have rarely been disappointed with new items we have tried. Outdoor dining is also... More

When I go to a restauarant that is advertised to be a Mediteranean establishment, I don't expect frozen gyros to be layered on to my Greek salad. Enough said.

We were looking for someplace to grab dinner before seeing the Moody Blues at the Murat (great show, by the way!) and Aesop's Table turned out to be a perfect choice. Easy walking distance to the theater and a nice neighborhood to walk in. We enjoyed the hummus appetizer. Nothing to write home about, but it was good. We both... More

This is a nice place to eat if you are out and about downtown with your dog and want to get a snack or a meal. The outside patio is dog friendly (although a couple patrons glared at us, and our dog is very well behaved!) and the service staff is very friendly toward the dogs and will bring them... More

I used to love Aesop's Tables. My memories set the bar too high for my recent visit for lunch with my Dad. My greek salad was not memorable and the hummus appitizer we ordered was served to us in a small ball just big enough to fit in my mouth in one bite. Not something somone would share unless you... I had eaten here a few times many years ago and swore I would never return! I always thought it was overpriced and tasteless. Seven years later, we returned this evening... mostly because we had to have our dog with us and we knew this was a dog-friendly location (on patio). I was so hoping for a better experience than... Enjoyed an "ultimate gyro" for lunch today, but felt like $9 price tag was a bit much for what I got. Menu seemed limited to me but hey it's just lunch. Wouldn't go out of my way...

Located right on Mass Ave, Aesop’s Tables, has a very tasty looking menu. Unfortunately people have the idea, that due to its location it is upper crust cuisine. The price per meal would definitely suggest your taste buds will be dancing with joy. Once again, it is most unfortunate that with all the gears in place there is a giant... More

We enjoyed the Friday Art Walk and had walked past this restaurant earlier. Returned much later for dinner. Not very busy, but maybe because it was late. Very reasonable and food was good. Enjoyed sitting by the window and watching people walk by.
