We love Edwards for their classic, midwestern pork tenderloin. With Indiana being the second largest pork producing state, good tenderloins are around many places. Edwards does it so well. Their breaded tenderloin, as big as your head, is great! But, the grilled tenderloin is even better! Juicy and well seasoned, the grilled sandwich is fantastic. Fried pickles too salty, but... More

I am doing a road trip and saw this place on man vs food, Adam got the pork tenderloin sandwhich, the onion rings and the rootbeer. Let me start with the sandwhich. It's huge literally covers my son's whole face, even though it's fried it's not over cooked, and the meat is juicy and moist not over dry, if I'm... More

Took a trip to Indianapolis this past week. We (my family) were very excitied to try this restaurant. Somewhat let down by the decor. Expected 1950's and got cheesy pictures of James Dean, Elvis and Marilyn Monroe hanging out in different scenario's. We got our dinner (3 pork tenderloins and a burger w/ fries, onion rings, and deep fried pickles).... More

Even though there are a few curb side parking places for car hops to take your order, most people dine inside. Go to the window to order when you go inside. It's almost too much to take in the first time---tenderloins, French fries, onion rings, drinks (and much more)--maybe combos--the staff will help you. Take your ticket to a table... More

Edwards's is an old drive in diner style with car hops. Have been dong it since the 50's. The staff is polite and friendly. I had the tenderloin which is huge, but just average on taste. Nothing outstanding just Ok. The onion rings are hot and yummy. They make their own root beer in house. It is good but not... More

We went to Edwards for the Custom Car Reunion 6/14/14. The parking lot was filled with nearly 200 amazing custom cars. Considering the crowd, the restaurant kept up really well with food orders and kept everything very clean. The food was great, but the portion size is so big that in the future I will split a meal with my... More

Wow. Countless trips to Edwards Drive In. Ever since the late 80's. Never thought i'd ever have anything but the best words for them. Today was different. After we got our meal, we sat down to eat and found that the barbeque was cold. We took it back to the counter and said it was cold. Instead of just making... More

Onion rings were absolutely delicious. The Jumbo Tenderloin lived up to it's size hype. We've had better tasting, but certainly not that large. Don't drive out of your way for this place, but worth dining at if you're in the area.

Edwards is an iconic drive-in restaurant from year's past. They have the 'diner' look on the inside. The sandwich you have to order your first time there is the jumbo pork tenderloin sandwich. Even though it has a jumbo bun, the breaded pork tenderloin was hanging off of it on all sides. When they call it jumbo, they mean jumbo.... More
