Fun, Unique, and Good Food

Great setting with decent food. Double Wide is massive and tasty, just too little gravy. The gravy is very good, but nothing special. My wife French Toast was rather ho-hum. Overall, a must visit. Maybe not a must return.

The food was good. I had hamburger and seasoned fries. We tried the Choc-Ola and it was good (chocolate milk in a can). This place was very small and it took awhile to get our order.

This place showed up in my pinterest search for having a top sandwich so I had to check it out. The atmosphere was awesome very unique and fun. The staff was wonderful and I enjoyed watching the cook make food while we waited. And OMG! The food! Not only was it some of the best food I've ever eaten, but... More

I had heard of this place for years and they sell a childhood favorite Choc-Ola drink. I took my 6 yr old son. He loved the decor and the food. He got the biscuits and gravy which I tried and they were amazing. I got the port fritter which was also fantastic and enormous. My son and I shared an... More

What a cute and pleasant little 50s Diner! Stopped by for some brunch on the way out of town back to Portland, OR. The waitresses were fantastic and friendly! Good and filling diner food. Yum!

Visited Rock-Cola in Irvington area with family. We had three adults and 7 kids for a late lunch. Great family friendly location. It's your typical roadside diner. Kids and adults enjoyed the burgers, chicken tenders, fries and shakes. Staff is incredibly friendly. Well-loved locals favorite. I'll be back!

The 50's decor in this tiny restaurant was very charming, as were the friendly owners/staff. They offered to take our photo and we chatted about the road trip we were on. The prices were a bit on the high end, and unfortunately I got a very upset stomach after eating the Chicago beef sandwich. I think it was too greasy... More

Great atmosphere, servers treated you like family, food was great, awesome small town feel. Just passing through Indianapolis, choca cola is a neat beverage I recommend. 👍👍

Three of us stopped in for dinner about 5 pm on a Tuesday after a trip to Irvington Vinyl. We had friendly service and some good diner food. The Hawg Dog, a hot dog loaded with BBQ pork and fresh slaw, was awesome -- something you won't find anywhere else. The pork tenderloin covers two open halves of a bun... More

Quite, clean mom and pop diner where the shakes are hand spun, bacon is thick and everything is cooked right in front of you. The giant tenderloin sandwich was a meal in itself and delicious! There are locals who hang out there and you definitely get the feel of a family run restaurant. It’s a neat place to check out... More
