Tenderloin Sandwich - delicious and enough for two

Quite, clean mom and pop diner where the shakes are hand spun, bacon is thick and everything is cooked right in front of you. The giant tenderloin sandwich was a meal in itself and delicious! There are locals who hang out there and you definitely get the feel of a family run restaurant. It’s a neat... read more

Three of us stopped in for dinner about 5 pm on a Tuesday after a trip to Irvington Vinyl. We had friendly service and some good diner food. The Hawg Dog, a hot dog loaded with BBQ pork and fresh slaw, was awesome -- something you won't find anywhere else. The pork tenderloin covers two open halves of a bun... More

The grilled tenderloin is truly amazing! Malts were delicious and served in stainless steel cup. Kids had grilled cheese and a massive hot dog. Sampled each and they were excellent. Greg an owner was there cooking serving and just overall making everyone feel welcome. Can't wait to go back for breakfast.

The food and service are fantastic and I challenge you to find a better value. Recommend: Pork chop Grilled tenderloin Mile high club Grilled cheese Trailer park All fantastic! Only complaint, I wish they were open just a little later but I always figure a way to get there!

This is an authentic '50s diner. No curb service but it recreates or preserves the era quite well. In general, the hours are 7a-7p, more or less. Service has been good. The concession to modernity is no "harmful" cooking oils. The background music is appropriate but there are no jukeboxes. The menu, both for breakfast and lunch/dinner, covers a fairly... More

I took my daughter to the Rock- Cola for lunch. My husband and I have been there and the food was fairly good. I wanted my daughter to see the place and how nostalgic it is. We walked in and sat down and the woman behind the counter just gave us a cold stare. We had my grand daughter with... More

A friend and I enjoyed a late breakfast on a Wednesday morning. This little place has been in Irvington for years on Brookville Road just west of Arlington. The menu is outstanding if you are into a hearty breakfast. We were not necessarily looking for a big breakfast, but we did want to vary from our usual path. Lots of... More

I just took the family to Rock-Cola Cafe and I can tell you that this place is truly a hidden Gem. Sandwiches so large both of my teenage boys could not finish them. I ordered the Reuben sandwich and it was absolutely the best Reuben that I have had. The place is small with several booths and bar stools just... More

Delicious! We went for the first time today and everything was great. The service was quick and friendly and the food was steamy hot when it got to the table. Everything was tasty and we all had to take some home. The milkshakes were extra yummy too!
