The food was good. We had one of the combo platters. Gyro meat was tender and tasty, green beans were really good. The atmosphere was pleasant, it was busy the night we were there. Would recommend

It was so refreshing to arrive to this restaurant. We had driven from St. Louis, MO and stopped here for lunch. The food was delicious, I had a greek salad with chicken and my husband had the lamb gyros, they both were packed with meat. It's a quaint small family restaurant. Parking is difficult especially if the stadium near by...

We had the gyros and chicken souvlaki. Also the Greek salad. All very good. Friendly servers also and a very family friendly place. Nice job by this family owned place. Would go again, next time in Indy. Since it is in the shadow of Lucas Oil Stadium, I would go before or after a sporting event.
I took my daughter and her out of town friend to The Greek Islands for dinner. George was masterful in accommodating a line of people and packed house. A belly and fire dancer entertained as we dined on lamb chops, shish kabob, and other authentic Greek fare. I've had many meals here and am never dissappointed. By the time we...

Exceptional Greek food. We started with the zaganaki (flaming cheese) which is always good. Then for the main course There were so many wonderful sounding choices and thankfully one was a combination of three dishes. It had two traditional choices and the classic gyros. The tomatoe sauce was also very good and original tasting. Oh yeah, they had local brews...

Went here for lunch. ordered the Gyro. Good food, friendly staff, reasonable price. The interior has a cozy design. Can get crowded a little after noon. Not the place if you want a romantic dinner but great place to hang with friends.
We were in Indianapolis for the NCAA tourney. Read several reviews and decided to try. Very cute interior...cozy. Food was OK....my husband and I ordered the same dish, a combination platter. Should have ordered a meat dish...looked good. The kids (9 & 11) really enjoyed the pita bread. Prices were not as reasonable as I imagined...the price with two appetizers,...

We went on a Friday night and they had a full house with everyone enjoying the intimate friendly atmosphere. Had a belly dancer work through the crowd which was fun. Food was excellent. We vote had gyros with green beans, rice and a Greek salad.
We are by no means experts in Greek cuisine. Friends of ours treated us at Greek Islands on a Friday night after an art show. All of our entrees plus the sides were superb. The baklava was outstanding. The belly dancing was an added benefit. The place is crowded and full of local color. Big George moves about the dining...

One of our all time top 10 places to eat. This is a fun family friendly atmosphere where you are typically greeted by George more like an old friend than a customer. On Friday and weekends be sure and make a reservation or be prepared to wait.
This is not a fancy upscale snob nose place. Come as you are...
