Great Place for Dessert

My family spent the day at the Children's Museum and we wanted to get some dessert. When you walk in you see all the chocolate, but go to the back and they have the cakes. Had read the reviews prior to going here so was looking forward to it. The place looked amazing, the chocolate displays looked great, the cakes looked delicious and the options available to choose from were vast. However the coffee tasted horrible, the cake looked better than it tasted and the man serving us was so rude and arrogant that we... More

Stopped in while walking monument circle and grabbed a couple of treats for the kids. Expensive yes, but very good and worth a look.

It is a cute cafe where you can sip some coffee or buy some chocolate. The best feature is their bear figure that is great in the pictures. We love the place a lot.

Good flavored. I had the salted caramel and toffee and both were great. Serve a huge cup for $4. Had to look for the person to serve but once I found him it was ok

Located along the southwestern quadrant of Monument Circle, the Chocolate Café is an excellent place to get a treat and enjoy it while sitting outside along the wonderful atmosphere of Monument Circle, the center of activity in Indianapolis. While this place certainly was very busy, like everything else along Monument Circle, on Friday and Saturday evenings, we found the lines... More

Stopped by on a Sunday evening around 9pm, and the line was nearly out the door. It seemed like they were short-staffed. The gentleman who served us was fantastic though. He was very patient with my two kids, offering them samples to help them decide. Giant malt ball in the bottom of my cone was a fun surprise. Delicious treat... More

I stopped in to see what they had, and got more than I expected. From ice cream to frozen yogurt to novelties and beyond. The one thing that I didn't expect was how old their individual chocolate looked. I purchased a huge pecan turtle for a little less than $5, and it was great. Service was excellent. I wish now... Are you planning to go there on Saturday evening? Please, don't. It's so messy, there is a huge line of people, trying to get a cup of chocolate and piece of cake. You will have to wait for around half an hour to get your desired goodies. We did not even manage to get what we wanted - we just... More

A sign in the window of this restaurant claims they have the world's best hot chocolate...and it might be true. Everyone in our group of four loved their hot chocolate. My cherry flavored version was definitely good enough to bring me back for seconds. My boyfriend tried the peppermint variety and loved it. It's a perfect pick me up on... More
