Novelty of a moving view with very good food

We were staying at the Hyatt for the night and decided to check out the Eagle's Nest restaurant that rotates above the hotel. First, the views were quite nice and I enjoyed the changing scenery (1 revolution in about every 80 minutes I think). The food was very good, I had the prime rib and partner... read more

We were guests at the hotel and had reservations last Friday evening. We arrived right on time and were seated quickly. It was busy but not packed by any means. It was prom and I've never seen so many kids playing with their phones! Anyway, the server informed us that they were out of Elk, fries, and several other things.... More

My husband surprised me on Saturday night by taking me back to reminisce the night he proposed to me at Eagle's Nest in 2011. We arrived a few minutes after 10pm, later than he had hoped due to a business dinner running late. Upon getting off the elevator we were warmly greeted and asked if we could be helped. We... More

I went up to the Eagle's Nest with my wife. It was a very pleasant surprise. It is a must visit if in Indianapolis. It has the best view of the city with a 360 degree rotating restaurant/lounge. I did not have the food, but the drinks were reasonably priced and the night view was amazing.

Very nice restaurant with a great view of the city. Elk was very good. The appetizers were just as nice: Crab cakes and lobster chowder. Nice wine selection. Very attentive staff. Good balance of game and seafood.. With good old beef.

We had dinner with our kids here for our Anniversary the other night. The whole experience is worth the price as the rotating restaurant concept seems to have died off in most cities. Three of us had the prime rib which was excellent, but a bit fatty for my tastes. My son had the elk which was very good. The... More

Dinner was very good although not quit to order. The wait staff was right on mark. It is conveniently located just across the street from the Indiana Repertory Theatre for the play that followed. the restaurant and settings were very well appointed. We hope to return soon.

It was our 10th anniversary. We had tickets to the symphony so we needed to dine early. Our reservations were for 5 pm. When we arrived, shortly before 5 pm, there was another couple ahead of us who were seated, and then we were taken to our table-- along the window as requested. Our waiter Jared greeted us promptly and... More

We celebrated our 14 anniversary here and it was great. Started off with the Goat Cheese Crostini. Very good and lots of flavor. Then we both had the Prime rib and it was also very good and filling. Our waiter was Geran and he was very pleasant. I totally recommend for a special occasion.
