Very Good but too pricey

In a city with beef themed restaurants it was nice to enjoy excellent seafood. The daily fresh fish selections were not common varieties but were noteworthy in their flavor and proper presentation. The John Dory was the winner but the cobia and green nose were also excellent. We had a delicious... read more

Chef bought out a warm oyster in shell seasoned. mmmm! server was great! Oyster selection was great. We chose west coast. They have a crab dynamite sauce we had on scallops. Unbelievable taste. I even tried it on my filet. Nice place to eat.

I've heard such great things, however strongly suggest you don't go when special menu only! Odd Appetizers, 2nd course best part, main meals left a lot to be desired and shouldn't have served the desserts. Sad and definetly not worth $250+!

Visited on a "slow" evening. Not many patrons in the restaurant – – a few at the bar. Service was excellent! Out of a couple of menu items having sold out the day before. I was thinking "Fresh" was flown in daily? Had to "send back" one of the appetizers, as it smelled bad and tasted worse. Will make a... More

We stopped in specifically for the chocolate mousse, but when I saw the sticky toffee bread pudding, I had to get it. Heavenly! And not as sweet as you would think. Everyone else got the mousse so I was able to taste it. Also heavenly.

Have been here in Nov. or Dec. over the past 3 years. There are number of constants on the menu that have never disappointed, especially the cold variety appetizer platter for 2 or more. Go in late fall/early winter when Alaskan king crab legs are in season - they will not disappoint. But prepare to shell out the dollars, I... More

Loved this place! Service (Bill) was excellent! He's very knowledgeable - it was our first visit and I had only eaten east coast oysters....Bill suggested several west coast oysters and all were delicious and the wine was superb! Be sure to get Crab Dynamite! Yum! Great experience! Definitely recommend!

Service, ask for Bill. He opened my mind up to a different direction. Started off with a complimentary heated oyster, then a crab cake and variety of West Coast Oysters. Then a filite and shrimp and row of scallops covered in a "crab dynamite" topping. It was great with the filte. Made it great, prior to the topping, Not as... More

I just don't know where to begin. I have heard some consistent things about this restaurant. ..overpriced, great service, and good food. I thought the food was priced fairly compared to other places like it. Yep, the food was good but really just okay. I wasn't scratching my head thinking "Oh God, how can I work a meal from here...
