The food was excellent, steak done just right, and appetizers fresh and tasty. Wine list on an iPad is becoming standard, but prices are astronomical. A good Napa wine that should cost $120 with restaurant markup will run you twice that. Good news, if you want to splurge, they have some good ones.

We ate at the bar on a Friday eve..perfect.. the service was impeccable..( we ordered a chopped salad to split. It is served as a tall cylinder shape with onion rings on top. As the server was splitting it, it fell over, he was going to leave to get another so the presentation was correct. We had to insist he... More

I had dinner here one night while on a business trip. I knew ahead of time that the food was pricey and everything was ala carte. My steak was not cooked to the medium well that I ordered, there was red inside, but it was still very good, (one small piece of gristle). (The person with me also ordered her... More

Booked this for a business dinner from New York site unseen. We picked a price fixed menu with a few choices. Many people we invited said "it's hard to turn down an invitation to Ruth's Chris. They were ready for us when we got there. We had cocktails and then sat for dinner. They took the orders and all of... More

$68 for a steak, $12 for a salad, $12 for a vegetable. Overrated and priced chain. Save your money, go to Sullivan's or Fleming's.

This is equally as good as st Elmo's so don't hesitate to eat here. The atmosphere is intimate, staff very professional and service is prompt and friendly. We all ate steak, which was prepared beautifully. Sides of mash and vegies need to be ordered separately This place is not cheap but in my opinion well worth visiting at least once.

Love this steakhouse chain. I get the river and my wife gets the filet. Served on a sizzling hot plate typed with butter the taste of this steak is second to none. Sides are very large and should be share. There are served ala-cart. Warm bread is part of any meal and is very good. We split the sautéed mushrooms,... More

My girlfriend and I went here for our 5 year anniversary. She had the Ahi tuna crab meal and I had the filet. Her meal was a special that they had at the time. She loved it. She is not a big fish fan but wanted to give it a try since it had crab. My filet was probably the... More
