Great little Italian restaurant right downtown. The ambiance was nice and our waitress was very friendly and efficient. The menu offers the basic Italian fare as well as several dishes that are exclusive to them. I stepped outside of my comfort zone and, at the recommendation of our waitress, tried one of the signature entrees. It was delicious. I would... More

I lived in Indy for 10 years before moving away. I recently returned to the area on a business trip and was so looking forward to a romantic visit to the Spaghetti Factory. Honestly, the food and service were nothing like I remember. Our waiter was new and seemed overwhelmed. The salad tasted like it came from a bag, and... More

The first thing we were unhappy about was how they served the courses. We ordered appetizers and when they brought them, almost immediately following the brought out salad course. Within just a minute or two our entrees were also served. We felt very rushed. The food was mediocre at best, but then again it was only $10-$12. So you know,... More

I went here with my two teenagers and they brought a friend, we arrived at 5:30pm and got seated right away..our waitress was so nice and took the time to answer the questions the kids had, we got our drinks, the food was hot and tasty, the coolest thing was the gentleman that went around making items out of balloons,... I have been several times and the service and food are very good. They can accommodate large groups also. They do have some gluten free options. There hearty portion is enough for a couple to share.

Reasonable prices and very good pasta. The architecture is really nice and the restaurant was clean. The only real downside was that the bathroom is down 3 flights of stairs. I imagine there is an elevator, but I did not see it myself. Will definitely eat here again.

What a turnaround! We went to this restaurant several years ago and were very disappointed. We decided to give it another chance, and WOW. What a great improvement! The place was immaculate, service and food were great, and for the price you just can't beat The Old Spag Fac. I always visit them when I'm in a city that has... More

Went here for an evening meal with a colleague, really great value for money but the food and service were only average. Nice experience and setting, the food was okay and the service not so good, felt rushed, we had to ask for stuff a few times, like a spoon and the waitress didn't really know how to open a... More

Service was pretty good. Prices were good. Food was okey but nothing special. Very much like sauce from a jar and frozen meatballs. Think Stouffer's frozen meals.

We LOVE The Old Spaghetti Factory. Spaghetti and Meatballs were great but one person in our group had a piece of meat that was too tough to eat. We told the server and he really made no apology. Service wasn't as good as usual--but maybe it was busier than it seemed. We have always had great service in the past.... More
