Hands down best tasting steak I have ever had!!! I had the bone- in ribeye by the way..... My salad was so good also with the little cup of nuts sprinkled on and the ranch dressing was delicious! Waitress was so sweet and attentive as well... Our glasses were never empty! We will most definitely go back in the future!:)

I wrote a really bad review for this place a couple of years ago. We went back this past Mother's Day and they had changed the bad things I had written about. The beef was good quality and trimmed. The service was professional and prompt. I enjoyed the experience and will definitely put this place back onto our favorite lists.... More

They have the best Prime Rib in the state and they are the second best steakhouse in the city. Big portions and a relaxed atmosphere. A little out of the way and the big cows look funny, but worth it.

Bynum's is a yearly stop on our trips to the Indy 500. Everyone orders steaks and like most steaks some are better than others. Wait staff did a nice job. Soup and salad come with your meal. It is a regular stop each year and we certainly will be back.

We we there on a Saturday night and they were extremely busy. We waited about 30 minutes for a table. The service was great. The potato skins were amazing but my steak was nothing to brag about. I would go back.

Bynum's is a long established restaurant located on the south side of Indianapolis. It had been awhile since I had been there and my wife had never been so after mentioning it she suggested we make the 30 minute drive on a recent Saturday night. We had made reservations for 6:30 and even though we arrived a bit early we... More

First time to Bynum's was a real treat. The food and the service was perfect and the causal atmosphere added to the overall experience without pretention. The portion size is very substantial and with nice salad, soup and all sorts of appetizers, you will not leave hungry, you will leave with a nice take home meal for two.

The Bynum's in Indianapolis and the one in Martinsville are very similar: same menu, same decor, although the Indy one is larger. We have been to both several times. The food selection is typical of a good steakhouse. The quality of the food is good, particularly one of their specialties: prime rib. However, the menu is structured such that soup,... More

in indi on business, asked the hotel clerk for a recommendation and they said Bynum"s, got there about 6:30 on sat evening, and got right in, nice steak house with a German slant.as everybody else stated portions are large. 32 oz prime rib, 24 porterhouse, which I had, cook well, maybe a little undercooked, as most good steakhouses seem to... I have been here twice and have not been disappointed. But you better go early, this place fills up after 6:30 pm. They open at 5pm. Always great service. Very attentive to your needs, I never ran dry with my drink - soda. The most recent trip I had the rib eye. A large piece of steak aged and cooked... More
