Great food with excellent service and price. Convenient location, close to keystone crossing and 96th St.
We went to Cooper's Hawk to celebrate a family birthday last year. Although the food and service were generally good, the wines are not. The lighting is kept relatively dim in some areas -- probably to hide shabby decor, and the restaurant emits the general vibe of a chain restaurant trying hard to appear to not to be a chain... More
My co-worker and I were on a business trip to Indianapolis. She owns a winery in California so visiting this restaurant was a definite must do. We were met when walking in by a nice girl holding a tray of wines. I jokingly said "thank you" and she then said we could choose one, a Pinot Grigio or Sangiovese. I... More
Had a quiet corner at CH 10/30/13. Congenial server who was patient with us as the other couple was late. My dinner consisted of Lettuce Wraps and Asian Potstickers. This was a large amount of food (I did manage to get it all down) and easily could have shared. The Lettuce Wraps were some different from the usual with garnish... More
They have a wine club you can join and pick up your bottle or bottles each month. Wine is very good, a bit pricey for what you get, but still in line with other restaurants. Dinner menu is ok, and they do offer gluten free options, but be careful of deserts as some of the toppings may not be gf.... More
Cooper's Hawk was a great date night place for us. The staff was first rate, the food was better and the overall experience was amazing. Loved the varied menu and the broad selections available. By far the best in the neighborhood for quality, service and ambiance. Watch your wallet as this can be an expensive time out. Expect to pay... More
We chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner because of its extensive gluten-free offereings. We were not disappointed. For an appetizer, we enjoyed Mexican Drunken Shrimp, which was wonderful - shrimp, bacon, guacamole and, I think, a hint of citrus in the sauce. There were four in our party, three of whom ordered from the gluten-free menu. We tried Chicken... More
Food was excellent, wine plentiful and the service superb. And the price wasn't as bad as I thought. Will be back real soon.
Choosing a restaurant with so many ladies was a hard decision but this was a great choice with their variety of menu items. I enjoyed their "lite" menu & many others enjoyed the steak, pasta, & burgers among the many options. Very clean & classy. Our waitress was very helpful explaining the different wines & helping to choose which "flight"... More
Love Cooper's hawk. Do the wine and cheese pairings, which change frequently. We had cheese with mango in it. Servers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store has unique items. Joined the wine club, which gives you two tastings a month. And you get to try your wine before you take it, and if you don't like it you can... More
