My wife and I came for a birthday dinner. We arrived early to hopefully beat the crowd. Waited for what seemed like forever to get a seat. We were seated next to a boisterous group of 11 gathered around a table for 4. Traffic pattern by our table was very distracting. The food and wine were good. Service was OK... More

I have been to Cooper's Hawk a few times with friends or other couples, and I have also attended a baby shower there, and I have always had a good experience. I do think it gets pretty busy on weekends, so making a reservation is worth it so you don't have to wait--or just sample some wine while you wait.... More

We were celebrating the start of a new year with work friends and spouses and so the menu was set. The wine is always great there, but several folks were not happy with how their steak was cooked. No one was ask how they wanted it so i guess everyone got the same thing....medium rare to rare! It was fine... More

When we checked-in we were told it would be a 30-min wait. I checked with the hostess after 45 mins and she said we were "next". But after 75 mins and watching at least 2 couples be sat before us that came in after us, we left! Won't bother trying to get a table here again.

I wanted to love it. The last review that was posted before we went was titled "You won't be disappointed." Well...we were disappointed. We both ordered the Surf & Turf combos. Mine was Pretzel Crusted Pork Chop and Crab cakes, his was the Pistachio-Crusted Grouper and Parmesan Crusted Filet Medallions. As you can see the picture, the pork was really... More

I took my fiancee to dinner here on Saturday(1.10.2015) for her birthday. we decided to make our reservations early for 6:00PM and do a little wine tasting before hand. We arrived around 5PM and only had to wait about 10 minutes to get a spot at the tasting bar. The tasting experience was very well done, all the bartenders seem... More

My wife, son and I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon and were seated very shortly after arriving. We did have a reservation but I don't believe one was necessary at the time we went. it's a great place to go enjoy local wines and great food. The portions are fantastic, I don't think I have ever eaten at a... More

We started going to Cooper's Hawk for something other than the wine -- they are one of the few places in town that serves freshly baked gluten free bread on request. With a gluten intolerant family member, getting good gf bread is a rarity anywhere, especially at a restaurant. They are very helpful and accommodating to dietary needs. The menu... More

Ate here recently with a friend. Didn't know what to expect but we were greeted by a young man offering warm wine to taste. The wait staff were friendly and efficient. Each customer may try two wine samplings which are paired perfectly with the meal or you can choose your wine off the wine list. I tried the lobster bisque... More
