First time eating at any Indian eatery...and wad pleasantly surprised. Very good food with amazing ambiance. We ordered an appetizer special - orange and avocado salad that was great! Then we shared the cumin chicken stew and finished dinner with the tiramisu. All was fantastic! Can't wait to return.

Fabulous food and wonderful service. Friendly and my 8 and 10 year olds loved it. Close to the War Memorial so it worked out very well for us.

Great Moroccan- Eastern Mediterranean food, fun atmosphere and really helpful, excellent service. Tagine dishes were outstanding and enough for two meals & sharing- we had chicken and a lamb tagine dishes as main course and so good! .

We moved across Country and stopped here for dinner. The parking was easy and the restaurant had good ambiance! We tried the Moroccan Tea which was amazing. My husband had a chicken dish that was good and my lamb was awesome! I usually do not even like lamb. The portions were generous and we could not finish dinner. They offered... More

My husband and I recently had a wonderful dinner at the Saffron Café. The tajines were delicious, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service we received from Joel was exceptional. He even ran after us as we drove away from the restaurant to return a jacket I had stupidly left behind! We can’t wait to return for another Moroccan feast... More

I had forgotten how incredible this restaurant is. Although rather expensive, it is well worth it if you are looking for a fabulous meal (Moroccan or other). When it is crowded (as it frequently is), the service is understandably slow, but the food is worth the wait. We had one of the best meals we have had in Indy the... More

I want to like this place, I really do. But after a third disappointing time, I will not be returning. The pros of this place: it is the only Moroccan restaurant that I know of in Indianapolis. The decor is charming, and I like to support locally-owned places. The menu is unique (due to it being the only Moroccan place)... More

Yep, its what it says.. I have experienced better and this one is not any close. Serving was friendly and attentive and the ambience was quiet. But what is missed is what we were there for. Hummus which was too much flavored with spices, peta bread that wasnt so great and on trays which were not quite right for our... More

If you live north, south, east, west or are visiting Indy, go the distance and eat here. It's very close from the center of downtown and has plenty of street parking / parking lots available. The waitress (owner's wife?) came to our table all smiles, very friendly and saw that we had a Groupon immediately. She embraced the coupon as... More
