You appreciate great food, freshly prepared, warm-friendly service and great prices. Definitely do not go there in a rush... Or for that matter with ANY plans for the evening. There are TWO people working here most of the time. Ha and Sang. They are siblings. Sometimes there are a few helpers but often not. They cook, serve, clear, ring and... More

I absolutely love this place. There isn't a whole lot NE Indy has to offer when it comes to Vietnamese Pho, but this place does it right! I find myself craving it at least once a week and the owners know exactly what I want to order. Sometimes it can get busy during lunch hours, but it is worth the... More

I've been visiting Sandra Rice and Noodle for several years, taking friends and family there whenever anyone visits. The owners, Sand and Ha, are also the Chef and Wait Staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to know their clients. The food is great, and Sang has no problem catering to specific needs or requests. My daughters,... More

Its in the strip mall on Pendleton Pike behind Rally's and Dairy Queen. We went for lunch at about 2pm. Perfect, as they were busy for the lunch rush, which we just missed. Service was very friendly. We tried several dishes and they were all outstanding. I have a pretty high tolerance for spiciness, but if you don't, you'll want... More

I'd read great things about Sandra Rice and Noodles, but my actual experience there was a huge letdown. Went for dinner with my husband and toddler on a Friday night and when we arrived, we were the only dine-in customers (although there were people in and out picking up take-out orders). A few other tables did fill up while we... More

This couple-owned Thai eatery may be located in an obscure strip mall, with a minimalist set-up, but the sincere effort that goes into preparing the dishes here proves deserving of making this place a destination. The brother sister owners work tirelessly as a team – he in the kitchen and she on the floor and register – the broth-based dishes... More

After reading about Sandra Rice and Noodle in the newspapers my wife and I met some friends there to try their pho. The pho was good, but I prefer a different rice noodle. The wait was for food was crazy long. A small hair was found sticking out of our vegetable roll appetizer but, ya know, stuff happens, it doesn't... More
