Get the baked blueberry oatmeal - delicious! Make brunch reservations on the weekends as it gets very busy.

On a long solo road trip I needed a good distraction and chance to recoup for lunch. Stopped here at recommendation of a ND grad. It was great. Sat outside and had breakfast burrito. Terrific! With chorizo and good amout of spice. Great selection of Midwest beers on tap. Three Floyd's, green bush (MI) and Great Lakes.

If you want a great breakfast (or lunch) this is a great place to go. The food is always yummy and the service is great too.

The local proprietor has created a pleasant, fun place that locals should support and visitors will enjoy. It is important to support locals in a world of chains. Nice decor, interesting menu belnding several traditions, and superb service.

They made Mothers Day very special for our family on a very busy day! We were seated close to our reservation time and the breakfast menu had a lot of unusual dishes! The omelets were great as we're the side selection.

Had brunch here last Saturday. Pleasant atmosphere (we were seated in the bar area), friendly hostess and server. The menu choices seemed creative and interesting but the food lacked the taste to match. Four diners- four dishes. The frittata and croque madame were both bland. The tastiest items were the jalepeno hollandaise sauce on the andouille hash and the uptown... More

I live across town from Uptown, and I make a point to visit every few weeks. I love their menu, great healthy options, and unique offerings. Their food is always fresh, and tastes like the ingredients we're picked straight from the garden. They have vegan and gluten free options as well - which can be hard to find in the... More

Good food with unique combinations of ingredients. Nice for breakfast. Peanut butter, banana, honey, espresso smoothie was fantastic! Very good wait staff! Only down side - dining room is small and the noise level, even with a few tables occupied, makes it hard to hear the people you're with.

They made special pancakes for my daughter without me even asking. I told them about her food allergy & they found a recipe on the internet. They went above & beyond & made my little girl very happy! Great customer service & the food was wonderful!

The atmosphere is very pleasant. The owner is very appreciative of your patronage--this always pleases me to have the owner take an interest in his clientele. Food was had a nice presentation and was all prepared fresh--not thawed and heated in a microwave! Everything was very good.
