Basic Bob Evans experience. Food, service good, nothing outstanding.

I like Bob Evans, and this restaurant was one of the only open places on a Tuesday night in Franklin. They weren't terribly busy and my waitress only had three tables to wait on. Nonetheless, service and food were average for Bob Evans. As with all Bob Evans locations, the food is very... read more

We had a new waitress and had to ask for a few things, but she's just learning. We both ordered the same thing and my husband ordered a cup of soup with his. He waited and waited and finally asked if he was going to get it before his dinner got there. She brought a bowl and a cup was... More

This is a crap-shoot kind of place. As a frequent visitor to Franklin we eat here often with our friends who live in Franklin and they eat here regularly. It's really more out of convenience than it is return visits because of great food and great service. You can have great food and service one visit to not good god... More

We ate with a small group of approx. 15. The food was the traditional Bob Evans style and I was satisfied because our food was warm when served. That was a good accomplishment with a group order and service. The waitress was friendly and she did a nice job with all of us. 15 people for one waitress is a... More

My friends and I ate here on a Sunday morning, and despite it being crowded, we only waited 10 mins or less. While we were met by our waitress promptly, after we would each place our orders, she would ask us questions that pertained to what we had just ordered. I.e. "And I'd like sausage links as my side.." "Did... More

We have had carryout a few times the last month or so. Every time the food was ready when promised and quite good! We often get a 5 dollar order of chicken noodle soup or vegie soup. As with most carryout places we tend to stay with the simple stuff that caries well back to the house. The breakfast items... More

French toast that still had RAW batter on it and wasnt even on the griddle for more that 20 seconds. No waitress in sight for 15 minutes. And the manager walked by not 1, not 2, but 4 TIMES and... I enjoy their food but I prefer going early in the day through the week. Monday through Thursday mornings are an excellent time to get good food and good service. Their cheddar potato and chicken noodle soup is wonderful. It can be a little more expensive than other restaurants but there aren't a lot of places that serve the variety... More

We ordered a baked potato with our meal. The potato was so hard that you couldn't put a fork in it! They took it back to the kitchen to cook longer. They brought the potato back when we were finished with our meal, We stated that we were finished and didn't want the potato for dessert. The manage came over... More
