A Wide Beer Selection and Great Food

We stopped in to JK O'Donnell's on a whim for dinner, and weren't disappointed. As you'd expect, the pub offer's a selection Irish fare. They also have a wide selection of craft, domestic, and import beers. The food was good, as was the service. And it's worth mentioning that they have a pretty... read more

A family trip to downtown Fort Wayne took us to this cozy downtown restaurant. We loved the authentic Irish dishes that really did live up to our expectations. We hope to return again to try more delicious food and drinks.

JK's is one of the pioneers that helped the recent emergence of downtown dining and nightlife. Food is on par but can continuously be improved. Service is exceptional (hope for Willis on a slow evening) while dining and drinking. The bar closing earlier than most is a bit of a disappointment. They used to have a great selection of beers... A fun place for lunch with outdoor dining in the summer and a friendly staff that makes you feel like home. They offer half portions and daily specials plus soccer on the screens.

I have been here a few times and I am never disappointed with the beer selection. I always am trying new beers and this is a great spot for that. The food is average to above average. Good selection of traditional Iris food, scotch eggs are delicious.

An Irish Pub worthy of the name, with menu options including a delicious lamb stew, scotch eggs, and more. The chefs really know what they are doing with the daily dessert specials too; I have enjoyed the chocolate torte and berry bread pudding. There are seats at the bar as well as tables and booths. Servers are friendly and helpful.... More

This place is AMAZING! My wife and I will spend all evening here starting with appetizers then and entire and finally desert. I don't drink much and neither does my wife but I've been told they have a good selection of beer. I always get the fried pickles and scotch eggs but the pretzel bites are new and delicious. I... Flights of Irish and local brews and flights of Irish whiskys are a nice touch. The food was was delicious. There did not seem to be any organization to the seating but it sorted itself out and we enjoyed small family gathering on a Friday evening.

This pub is within walking distance of a couple of the downtown hotels. It has a large selection of beers and some really good Irish food. I had the patsy (lamb, potatoes, carrots, gravy, wrapped in a crust that can be eaten like a hamburger) and the corned beef soup, both of which were great. This was finished off with... More
