My family and I visited this restaurant couple weeks ago. It was clean and the service was great. But the food was far for being authentic Mexican...... adding almonds to the burrito? hummm not even close to authentic. The restaurant it's really small and space between tables it's narrow. It was hard to keep a conversation when we could hear... More

In response to your visit in June. We pride ourselves on our unique style of dishes we offer on our menu. We do not claim to serve all Authentic Mexican recipes, however we do offer some traditional Mexican dishes on our menu. The Chicken Almendra, which you referred to in your review, was created to add a flare to an... More

We happened upon this restaurant in our Fort Wayne travel guide while in town for the Vera Bradley sale. The salsa was delicious as was the burritto - I have never had sliced almonds on one before, but what a nice addition! We will definitely visit when we are in town again :)

This restuarant is a local tradition. It has been family run for 30 + years. The salsa is great- go for red (hot). Everything is homemade.

Just had lunch at El Azteca and must give high praise. The lunch plate comes in two sizes which I love. The one burrito portion looks small on the plate but is the perfect size - especially after eatimg a bowl of chips and salsa - ha-ha. I don't usually have a drink at lunch but I ordered the red... El Azteca never disappoints. The food is always good, the service is friendly, and their margaritas are wonderful. In good weather (not last night, sadly), their deck is nice. Prices are very reasonable.

It is hard for me to write this bad review of my previous top 5 mexican restaurant but my meal experience today at lunch was horrible! The only thing that his restaurant got right was seating us. We waited 50 minutes for our drinks, 55 minutes for our meal....our waitress kept disapearing and by the time we got our food... More

I have had the opportunity to reach out to the gentleman who wrote this review to gather more details about his dining experience. After collecting the information I needed I found his parties server, table and order through our POS system. I was able to track the actual dining time. The server who waited on his family put the order... More

I ate here a couple of times giving them the benefit that maybe i didn't like that dish. However every thing I came here, I just don't like there food. I don't think its average or good. I think it taste horrible and i would rather have taco bell or go to Cebollos to be honest. I think they are... More
