Put a quarter in the jukebox and crank out a 60's tune because baby you are traveling back in time at Cindy's! You better be slim enough to fit in the small space between the mounted stools and the counter top that holds only about 15 people inside, because this thing was built long ago before we all ate WAY... A more authentic diner would be hard to find. They specialise in 'garbage', which is a very filling breakfast hash If you've got a big day ahead of you, fuel up here.

Cindy's is the typical little diner that you would have found in any large town or city a few decades ago. Cindy's keeps that alive with great food and friendly service in a tiny corner. They will be moving soon, so be sure to check the address before you go, but from the food, to their eclectic collection of coffee... More

This is a classic Fort Wayne place. Soon it will have a new home at berry and maiden. If you go for breakfast try the garbage or Mickey Mouse pancakes.

15 indoor seats. Diner food & shakes, simple and quick. Friendly conversation around the counter. Morning news on TV. A working jukebox of 60's hits for your quarters. Closes at 2pm daily. Moving to a new in spring 2014 due to redevelopment of their current site.

Yes, Very small inside. And it is a reflection on the side of portions you order. Had lunch 1 day and had a BLT. Really was child's size. Then stopped by for breakfast and had there so called "Garbage" That was small too. Nothing special. Was cheap $. Friendly wait staff keeps this from 2 stars.

You can sit outside, but it's all to go boxes and you're on your own. Diner food at best and wait staff, well, let's just say they must all be related and they've been their a while.

The food was great and quick. The staff and regular customers were friendly. We sat outside joining a table with a local. He said he comes for the french toast. Which looked good made with Texas toast. Stop in for a quick and very good meal

If you want a trip back in the past, go there. Nice authentic atmosphere and good food, nothing fancy, just plain tasty american food and served in time. Well organized machine. Like a ballet dancing in front of you. Fast, clean, good and fair price. Will recommend and be back.
