We got there close to 8pm and they close at nine. The prime rib was overcooked and dry. The steak was dry and the shrimp not de veined. It seemed that the food had just been sitting there all day. The only thing salvageable was the fish which they grill on the spot. The service was just as bad. The... More

Please trust me that what I am saying is honest truth. We had a party of 8 and all had the same reaction to the buffet, NEVER AGAIN! BELTERRA's food is by far the worst food that any of us had ever eaten. We could not believe that a major casino could do so poorly with the food choices and... More

The two of us enjoyed lunch at the ULTIMATE BUFFET inside the Belterra Resort & Casino. It has been dramatically improved in quality. All the food we tried (and there were many) was well-prepared and seasoned, beautifully displayed, and very tasty. Our only complaint was that the Sushi was old (the rice had already hardened and the fish was questionable).... More

Just came back from a trip to Belterra Casino and had dinner at The Stadium. I ordered the trio of sliders. One Lobster, one chicken and one burger. The star of the plate was by far the Lobster Slider, it consisted of a lobster salad mixed with a tarragon and lime cilantro slaw. YUMM! Pass the others by and order... More

I bragged on the buffett to a group of people I work with. I have ate there several times and everything was always excellent. I talked a group of 16 into going to eat and gamble that had not been before the gambling was fine but the buffett was the worst I had ever eat selections was the same but... More

We have eaten at the buffet since the casino opened. I think it used to be much better. There were too many seafood options for a Monday night. The fried chicken breast that I finally found after digging..was so small that I think I had about 4 bites of meat. Dessert selection was nice. We had free coupons, but I... More

We had the Breakfast Buffet after a lousy meal the previous day at the Stadium Sports Bar. We had the Breakfast Buffet which was great! We have been more than once, in the past years, and the service, food, everything I would recommend. Not sure about the Dinner or Lunch Buffet's, but we will be trying them the next time... More

I took my friend to Belterra for her 30th birthday, and we had dinner at this buffet. There were tons of choices, and the food was perfectly cooked. I didn't pick up one thing that was not edible, and their garlic mashed potatoes were probably the creamiest I've ever eaten. I had a steak filet the size of a softball.... More

We recently dined at the Belterra Buffet on a Friday night during a brief visit to their casino. Early-evening lines were VERY long (it WAS a Friday), so if you can flexible about what time you eat, consider dining later. The Friday night buffet was very extensive, and included several seafood items, including oysters on the half-shell (very good), peel... More

It's been a while since we've been here. The Sunday Buffet was very well planned. There were a variety of new items. They even had Shrimp and Grits! The quality was superb. I ate way too much.
