Angel food cake

Love the angel food cask from here. At Christmas they have a peppermint angel food that is wonderful. The best bakery in town by far!

I love Taylor's. I use them for special occasions, birthday cakes, holiday strudels...you name it. You won't find anywhere more 'family owned' and tasty in town. If I ever moved away I would drive here just to enjoy their goodies!

It was my mom's 80th and my brother brought 2 cakes from Taylor's in Indy (sorry, but the Indy location is not in TripAdvisor and the iPhone app no longer allows you to add new places!!!). He brought a chocolate cake and a carrot cake. Both were very good, but very sweet - I would have preferred more cake for... More

My son expects his birthday cake to come from Taylor's Bakery every year. Compared to some of the other bakeries in town you can't beat the price and quality! They have two locations the original in Castleton/Glendale and one in Fishers by the train tracks. Order ahead! Donuts, cookies, popcorn and candy also.

I have purchased 3 cakes from here in the last few months and have received complaints from our party guests each time. The cakes are not very sweet or flavorful. I tried a piece on the last one, it was chocolate cake with whitr icing from their counter. It was so flavorless that I only took two bites and threw... More

Cake is not my favorite dessert, but their cake is truly delicious. The icing is flavorful, not just sugary. Their pastries are good, but nothing special. Cookies are fun. I recommend the angel food cakes. If you are planning a wedding -- this is the place to order your cake!!!

Had birthday cake from Taylor's this weekend - White cake melts in your mouth. I need to try the brownies as they come highly recommended. Bakery cases are always full of scrumptious looking items.

I don't think I have ever tasted anything from Taylor's that I did not enjoy. Customer service is great as well....I love the sugar cookies!

We tried a few things and I wasn't impressed with anything. It all seemed to be pretty average bakery fare. I was there in the afternoon so maybe their selection was limited, but nothing I tasted would make me come back.
