Had lunch with friends Saturday at the roost in fishers indiana. The food and the service was excellent. The only problem was I wanted to try everything on the menu.I guess I will just have to go back again.
We had a family breakfast here. It was the most central location so we all met here. I must admit I was not looking forward to it as my last experience here was not the best. I was so wrong! Our food was delicious! Bacon was prepared crisp as requested, the eggs were done perfectly. Prices are reasonable and service... More
Stopped in for a light dinner & drinks. The food was EXCELLENT. I got a salmon-spinach salad that I still long for. They offer a full bar & a wide assortment of beer on tap. A wee bit pricey, but well worth it.
When their food is cooked properly it is really good. Only problem is when they don't fix it right, the food is just average. I love their corned beef hash with poached eggs. Sometime the yolks are hard and overcooked. Because of this, I'm fearful to order it in the future.
Breakfast is like eating at grandma’s. The food is outstanding, the portions generous and the service fast, friendly and efficient. The manager is “hands-on” (maybe the owner too?) and friendly. I ordered the club sandwich for lunch one day and only ate half, it was so big. And it was delicious. Highly recommend.
We love finding those locally owned and operated breakfast/lunch specialty restaurants. The Roost is a great one. Service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Portions are extremely generous and the food is delicious and very well prepared.
This is a great place for a weekday morning meeting. Service is always great, food is consistently delicious and best of all, it is quiet enough to hold a conversation! Definitely, a hidden gem in the world of breakfast places.
