I love this place. It's simple. It's fast. It's cheap. It's tastey! They have places throughout Southern Illinois and Indiana. Seach for them if you're in the mood for a taste of Mexican fast food.

It is fast food but the quality is very, very good. Can be very busy sometimes, waiting to order but it is well worth the wait. I've become a fan of their Friday fish tacos special.

I wouldn't anything about this place "great". Unless all you're comparing it to is Taco Bell. It is a chain fast food restaurant, the service is on par with fast food restaurants, I asked to have one or two of the menu items explained to me and after the second person asked the third person, I just said forget it.... pretty good value for a variety food on the menu.. very well priced ..compare to taco bell only better.. not chain restaurant

The nachos papas are wonderful, taco salads are great, taco supremes fantastic. Everytime I am in an area that has a Taco Tierra I stop and at least get a jumbo drink. They have the chipped ice that I love. Their cheese for nachos are really great too. It's probably a good thing I don't live in the same town... More

What can I say...I love this place. I eat at the other locations in Fairfield and Mt. Carmel IL as well whenever I am in the area. My favorite is the Sanchos and for dessert...the churros.

I accidentally stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant on a late night trip back home from holiday world. I ordered some tacos and they were amazing.. Now, I go to Taco Tierra often whenever im in town.

This place is a must visit ~ much better than those other "taco" places out there!! My favorites are tacos, taco salads, gigantic baked potatoes, nacho papas, and the churros!!

Wonderful fast food mexican! Much better than the other chain places.
