Love this family style restaurant 5 miles off of us route 64. Super clean bathrooms and tables for families and groups situated in Hoosier National Forest. The wasn't fancy but it was delicious and served cafeteria style which suited us cause we were in a hurry.

On our way home from Holiday World, we stopped here for breakfast. The staff was friendly and it was a wonderful atmosphere. Food was good and reasonably priced.

Wonderful Sunday Breakfast!! Eggs were delicious, farm raised no hormones, done to perfection, hash browns, country sausage patty, fresh coffee...yum! We had a party of 11 adults and 3 children, all served promptly, with friendly service. Would highly recommend this stop off when traveling the Patoka Lake area, or from Evansville to Louisville. Worth the short drive off 64!!

After a hike on the nearby Hemlock Trail, we came upon this family friendly, cafeteria style, country cooking place. Friendly service, yummy food, and HUGE portions. (My son won't stop raving about the yummy butter noodles!) Homemade ice cream and a large selection of pies for dessert. Worth the stop for a hungry family.

I wish I could say we actually ate here. I had my heart set on it. I checked the website for closing time. We left the ski resort in time to arrive before closing. We arrived at 8:15 on Saturday, February 8th and they had closed at 8:00 even though website said 9:00. Luckily the gas station next door was... More

After seeing a couple billboards advertising the restaurant on the interstate, we decided to give it a try. It was a little ways off the highway, but easy to get to. The food was served cafeteria style, but helping were large and tasted delicious. The young staff was surprisingly helpful and courteous. The atmosphere left a little to be desired,... More

We had breakfast here and loved it. I had the pancakes, bacon and hash browns and my husband had eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast (which is made with their homemade bread!). Yummmmm We liked it so much that we purchased a loaf of bread and a pound of bacon to take home with us. Also, as we were leaving... More

This was our first visit and the food was just excellent! The roast beef in gravy was my favorite. The mashed potatoes were real (not instant), the corn was fresh (not canned), the fried chicken was sourced from a free-range farm - all very good stuff! The desserts were stellar. I rated lower on service and atmosphere but it was... More
