Visited here yesterday and sat at the hibachi grill closest to the door. This place is in a strip mall and they do not have a vestibule.. For you Indiana folks, thats a door, with an open space and then another door to help with the cold or warm air entering the location. I felt that the restaurant was dirty,... More

Delicious and diverse menu with an very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The manager was not afraid to jump in and help make me an awesome strawberry mojito. Will continue to go back again and again.

This place uses quality ingredients and the chefs are very personable. Get the Derby roll sushi (cooked). I am a picky eater and they will even prepare my fried rice without onions. The head chef Dut Man is a favorite of many and he rarely forgets anyone!

Same old routine at this place. Cook Begins by finding a person to make fun of, next comes the virtues of Buddhism over Christianity, next [BAM] onion volcano! [crowd favorite] It's a big flame in the air that he puts out with a .............wait for it..........small male toy that pees on the fire. Man oh man, this is entertainment! and... More

We went there for a Birthday dinner and was going to eat a full meal... At first we ate the normal sushi we eat at another local sushi place and then the waiter recommended the Derby Roll. WOW This roll was DELICIOUS! I am more of a non spicy-sweet person and this was perfect! So we opted out of the... More

My husband and I decided to try Kansai after getting a recommendation. We were not impressed with their entrance. The restaurant sort of sits hidden in a plaza with dark front windows. The one in Clarksville is huge and offers the hibachi style dining and sushi. We were impressed with the variety of items at economical prices. You can order... More

A friend and I went here to have some sushi and quiet conversation. I was very impressed with the spacious feeling of the restaurant and the decor was spot on. This being my first trip I went with a rainbow roll and boston roll. Both were excellent and of good size and portion. Service was fast despite being busy and... More

This is one of the few places to get sushi in Clarksville and it's tucked away behind a Famous Dave's. The place is very large and has a nice ambiance. I ordered the Crispy Alaskan ($15) and Yummy Highlander ($12) rolls. The portions were very big, almost making the price worth it. The service on the other hand was very... More

I've gone here twice for lunch. Both times I've waited to be greeted or seated for 10-15 minutes and left. It didn't look terribly busy either time. Both times the hibachi chef looked up st me but no host or server ever acknowledged me.

Owner was very friendly, excellent service, better bi bim bap than I found in Chicago, sushi was amazing, and I also had the lobster tail hibachi style which was very good. Great inexpensive mai tais, too. When in the area for business, we will be sure to come here!
