Dined for lunch after zip lining at the mega cavern-a great way to celebrate a birthday. Enjoyed the Thursday lunch special - enchiladas . . . they were delicious. Chips and salsa yummy and margaritas were devine!!! Atmosphere is open and friendly our server Sebastian did a fine job. Recommend to all. Great tex mex food. Carpe Diem!

To start, the chips are light and crispy and good. The salsa is great but the creamy jalapeño sauce is to die for. A definite must!!! Chalupas are amazing! Will definitely come back

When we are hungry for tasty Tex-Mex, we head to Chuy's. The decor is beyond cute. Outdoor and bar seating is available in addition to regular seating. Curb-side is available. If you are looking for fresh salsa and tortillas, this is the place to eat. If you are looking for a fun addition to your Chuy's chips and salsa, request... More

Chuy's fit the bill when our group was looking for some tex-mex on a stop in Louisville (this Chuy's is just to the north of downtown, over the border in Indiana). This is a regional chain that is known for it's ranch/jalapeno hybrid salsa that a lot of patrons call "chuy crack" - it was pretty tasty. We went for... More

We took some family and friends here tonight, the food was very good, the service was excellent bu the music was up so loud I was having to talk over it .... Has our society found loud music to be the norm every where we go ? Can't we just eat with less noise amd spend more time talking to... More

I could seriously drink the stuff it's so delicious! I've never been blown away by any of the actual meals themselves but I can't get enough of this salsa fresca! I like that I can call ahead and order and pick up some chips and salsa for fairly cheap. Give it a try!

This is great Tex-Mex food. Their veggie enchiladas are made with blue corn tortillas. YUM. Well-seasoned veggies make for a delicious filling. Their burritos are HUGE! Stuffed with beans, beef, and cheese. Their chips are light and crunchy. Very nice choice of sauces from hatch green chile to creamy jalapeño.

I love their chips and jalapeño sauce as an appetizer. I usually order the grilled chicken and avocado salad with jalapeño sauce as dressing. I really enjoy the chicken or steak fajitas. There is a good selection of free appetizers in the bar in weekday evenings 4 - 7. Servers are very good and helpful.

First time eating at chuys. Great food and affordable prices. Loved the salsa. Also loved that the tortillas are made fresh , as you can see them being made through a glass window a woman stands there and makes them. Yummy is all I can say. The tres Leche cake is the best , great authentic spanish cake. Great service.

I think the food here is very bland and boring. I think for the money taco bell is just as good! Save your money and find a better Mexican style restaurant in the area.
