This is great Tex-Mex food. Their veggie enchiladas are made with blue corn tortillas. YUM. Well-seasoned veggies make for a delicious filling. Their burritos are HUGE! Stuffed with beans, beef, and cheese. Their chips are light and crunchy. Very nice choice of sauces from hatch green chile to creamy jalapeño.

I love their chips and jalapeño sauce as an appetizer. I usually order the grilled chicken and avocado salad with jalapeño sauce as dressing. I really enjoy the chicken or steak fajitas. There is a good selection of free appetizers in the bar in weekday evenings 4 - 7. Servers are very good and helpful.

First time eating at chuys. Great food and affordable prices. Loved the salsa. Also loved that the tortillas are made fresh , as you can see them being made through a glass window a woman stands there and makes them. Yummy is all I can say. The tres Leche cake is the best , great authentic spanish cake. Great service.

I think the food here is very bland and boring. I think for the money taco bell is just as good! Save your money and find a better Mexican style restaurant in the area.

We love the chiles in New Mexico and Chuy's does a great job of featuring them in their menu. The service and management at this location is top notch.

I wanted a dinner without tons of people running around. That's exactly what I got. Nice and peaceful. Waitress was friendly, place was spotless and the food was delicious. From beginning to end it was a nice visit. Will return when in the area.

A co-worker had suggested Chuy's and it was a pretty good experience. I had the sirloin ground taco and chicken enchilado with tomatillo/cream sauce. My co-worker had the meat/bean burrito which he always ordered. The Margarita/martini special that was served during happy hour in the bar was great as well. If you're okay with Tex-Mex then you will enjoy this... More

Great place for a Tex-Mex dinner. Staff was great and worked quickly during the busy dinner rush. Must try the japalleno cream salsa. Watch your directions. I put the address into the GPS and it took us to the wrong side of the highway. After a few minutes I figured it out, made a u-turn and we were soon eating.

This is tex-mex and advertising it as Mexican food is a false claim. I will say that all of their sauces are pretty good and it was very nice to be able to sample each one! The waitress was very impressive and knew the menu well! The food was pretty good. It had good flavor but again was not authentic... More

We're always looking for places that really have spicy food. Most mexican and chinese restaurants say they have spicy dishes and that is usually not the case. I don't want things to be knock me off my chair spicy, I just like a nice little bite. And...Chuy's has it! I was away on business, so I was looking for some... More
